Buena en general por la ubicación y el espacio de la habitación era bueno !

A melhor localização, fica na rua principal mas não causa incômodo de barulho. Funcionários gentis, check in fácil, diria q foi uma excelente escolha.

Buena ubicación, sin ascensor

Solo puedo destacar la ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación estaba de frente a un local con karaoke, habitación con poca insonorización. Nos dieron una habitación en el segundo piso (tercero para la mitad de los latinoamericanos) y ni nos ofrecieron ayudarnos con el equipaje :( dado que no habia ascensor

Pros:

O ponto alto dessa hospedagem é a localização. Está na principal rua que dá na Playa Norte, a mais bonita da ilha. E também lojistas, restaurantes e bares. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé tranquilamente.

Cons:

Wi-fi péssimo, a geladeira do quarto não funcionava e a torneira da pia do banheiro saía pouquíssima água.

Habitaciones muy ruidosas

Solicité un cambio de habitación porque la que me asignaron estaba justo enfrente de un bar con música en directo todas las noches. El volumen era extremadamente alto y resultaba imposible descansar.

Mi sorpresa fue que se negaron a cambiarme de habitación, alegando que no querían que la persona de limpieza tuviera que volver a limpiar la habitación que yo ya había ocupado. Me pareció una explicación completamente inapropiada, especialmente cuando el motivo de mi petición era poder dormir y descansar durante mi estancia.

He viajado y me he alojado en muchos hoteles, y nunca antes me había encontrado con una respuesta de este tipo. La experiencia fue muy desagradable y, lamentablemente, el trato recibido estuvo muy por debajo de lo que esperaba.

La ubicación es la mejor, sales y estan todos los restaurantes, cambias un par de cuadras y tienes las mejores playas de la isla y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, sin duda excelente lugar, calidad y precio

One of the girl from the stuff of the hostel was not only not helpful she had a terrible attitude and she was disrespectful and rude.
The internet in the room didn’t work.
There is music outside of this place until midnight and you hear it really loudly in the room.
