Отличный отель! Заселились в 1ч ночи без проблем, парковка своя у отеля. Персонал доброжелательный, все рассказали, объяснили. Спасибо огромное!
В номерах чисто, матрасы удобные, кровати большие (спали 3е детей на одной кровати). В номере есть холодильник, чайник, кружки, стаканы (чай и сахар для одного раза попить чай).
Все фото соответствуют.
Снимали 2 номера, в одном из номеров балкон с видом на город и гору.
Детям (3е детей), сняли номер - одна большая кровать + доп место (кресло-кровать), это дополнительное место не очень удобное, ребенок 8л отказался на нём спать. Хорошо, что кровать оказалась большой, все дети поместились на ней.
Полотенца чуток уставшие (серые), но без дыр и мягкие.
Иногда пахло табаком в коридоре (видимо курили у входа) и тянуло.
В целом все отлично.
К сожалению, проживание в этом отеле оставило негативное впечатление. В номере не было включено отопление, было очень холодно. Мы пытались включить кондиционер на обогрев, но он не работал.
Мы обратились к сотруднику с просьбой зайти в номер и проверить, в чём проблема, однако он отказался это сделать и лишь уверял, что всё работает. Кроме того, в номере не было горячей воды — сначала нам сказали, что горячая вода есть, но позже выяснилось, что тёплая вода действительно не работала.
Очень разочарованы таким отношением к гостям и отсутствием элементарного комфорта, особенно в холодное время года.

Stay away if you need to storage your luggage !!!Booking.com stated luggage storage available but is not allowed. Hence we book another hotel for another night stay just to storage our luggage
Staff service is awful !!!!
Convenient location near airport. It is very affordable, and the staff are very nice.
Pretty far away from the rest of the Tbilisi. However, if you have a car, it's not a problem. You can also very easily call a taxi.
