Not that clean, minimal facilities, tint room (although it was a single which I did know when I booked) and garage not actually locked but the area seems pretty safe so not a problem

Clean and comfortable room
Pros:

Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No fridge in the room however a kettle with tea and coffee was provided. Great location, only a short stroll into the main part of town and easy access to buses and the station. We were on the ground floor but there was a lift for access to the higher floors. Breakfast is offered but we did not have this during our stay.

Cons:

Being on the street level we had some noise from outside and were unable to have our blinds open as you could see inside the room from outside. It would have been nice to have a fridge provided.

great price for a lovely warm room very clean staff were very friendly , great position , to walk down to Lake and walk on board walk

We would not stay here again as it was certainly not value for money.

Cons:

Bedroom very basic, only one pillow so had to ask for more. Only 4 hangers in room, front desk was unhelpful, entry to the car park was extremely small and we damaged our car upon entry. Overall the hotel seemed very “tired”.
