Very pleasant stay, lovely staff, ideal location
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel in a very ideal location. So many restaurants, mosques and cafes nearby. The building is modern, the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Was very happy with the service, especially from Anil & Emre who were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Just the breakfast which was served at the sister hotel next door, it could be improved with more variety.

Прекрасный отель в старом городе, радушный приём и обслуживание. Сотрудники на стойке регистрации всегда отзывчивы и внимательны к вопросам и просьбам. Разрешили бесплатно задержаться в номере в день отъезда. Уборка, чистота всё на хорошем уровне. Обязательно порекомендую этот отель своим знакомым. Еще раз спасибо сотрудникам за их внимание!

Heerlijk verblijf
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een steenworp van grote bezienswaardigheden zoals de Blauwe Moskee en de Haghia Sofia. De ligging in het charmante oude deel van Istanbul (Sulthanahmet) is een grote troef. Dit was voor ons het mooiste deel.
Het hotel zelf is vrij klein maar alles is aanwezig. We hadden een premier kamer met balkon dat een mooi uitzicht had en de hele dag zon. De kamer was ruim en netjes onderhouden, de producten van Atelier Rebul maken het af.
Het personeel aan de receptie is enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij. Bij de ontvangst kregen we meteen een drankje, een extra flesje water, uitleg over de stad...
Ook bij vertrek kregen we nog een goodie bag en een flesje water mee. Extra's die de hospitality naar een hoger niveau tillen.
Het ontbijt is in het zusterhotel 2 stappen verder in de straat op het bovenste verdiep. Wij kwamen in de zomer waardoor we telkens gebruik konden maken van het terras met een mooi zicht op zee. Je kon elke dag kiezen tussen een hele uitgebreide à la carte menu voor het ontbijt. Alles was lekker en verzorgd. Kort samengevat een absoluute aanrader en een topper in zijn prijsklasse.

Cons:

Enig minpuntje hier was misschien dat er gedurende het eerste uur van het ontbijt maar 1 iemand aanwezig is van personeel en dat ook erna de service niet snel verliep

Pros:

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, fine, rene rom og hyggelig og serviceinnstilte personale. God frokost. Dette hotellet oppfylte alle våre krav under en langweekend i Istanbul. Gangavstand til det meste.

Cons:

Tilbudet om flytransport var veldig dyr, så vi fant alternativ transport (gjennom booking.com).
