Great friendly service and amazing location. Hidden gem.
Pros:

Super friendly staff - always available & accommodated our requests. The room with the terrace was great - nice view over old town and to enjoy an evening tea. The old town is all walking distance.
Excellent breakfast - five star level.
Restaurant is also for late evening dinners or snacks after sightseeing.

L’établissement est extrêmement bien situé et permet de rejoindre les principaux sites d’attention à pied. Le personnel est ADORABLE et très prévenant. Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de mon mari pendant notre séjour et le staff nous a déposé une magnifique part de gâteau par surprise dans la chambre avec une carte « Happy birthday », c’était parfait. Merci Me by Mula !

В отеле все было на высшем уровне. Начиная с момента встречи на ресепшене заканчивая выселением. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, который готов был помочь со всем начиная с советами по вопросам достопримечательностей, магазинов и даже помог найти потерянный в кафе телефон.

Номера были очень чистыми, свежими, с прекрасным дизайном. Уборка проходила каждый день.

Отель предоставил очень приятный комплиментарный подарок в виде сладостей при заселении и выселении.

Если будем в Стамбуле, обязательно вернемся еще!

Excellent emplacement et personnel agréable, mais les chambres, le petit-déjeuner et la présentation de l’établissement
Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent, dans un quartier agréable et pratique pour visiter Istanbul. Le personnel est également très sympathique, très accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour.

Cons:

Les chambres sont très petites, avec des lits assez étroits et aucun grand miroir, ce qui est peu pratique.

Un autre point décevant est que les photos présentées sur Booking sont trompeuses. Elles montrent en grande partie l’hôtel voisin, et non l’établissement dans lequel j’ai séjourné. C’est également dans cet hôtel voisin que le petit-déjeuner est servi, ce qui n’est pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation.

Le petit-déjeuner a été la plus grosse déception. La qualité des produits était très médiocre et l’espace n’était pas bien entretenu. Les tables restaient sales et, lorsque j’ai demandé où m’installer, la serveuse s’est contentée de retirer les assiettes sans même nettoyer la table. Nous ne sommes pas retournés au petit déjeuner les jours suivants et nous avons préféré manger à l’extérieur.
