Muy amena, cómoda y relajante.

Me encantó la bienvenida.
Tamara nos recibió y nos contó los servicios que brindaba el hotel con mucha amabilidad. Luego Oscar nos recomendó los mejores lugares para comer. Fue muy simpático, agradable con una tremenda disposición. Siento que nos hizo la estadía tan amena que sí o sí volvería junto a mi pareja. Lugar acogedor, cómodo que te hace sentir muy a gusto

Cons:

No hay algo que no nos gustó, pero podrían mejorar el aislamiento para el ruido ya que se escuchaban las chicas de servicio al limpiar las habitaciones y sus conversaciones.
Lo otro que se podría mejorar es poder regular la temperatura de las piezas ya que sentimos calor y la ventilación de los baños.

Son simples mejoras para dar un mejor servicio pero aún así. Todo increíble

Nos gusto todo en generall, pero es genial el piano.

Cons:

La atención de la gente del Restaurant y desayuno no son muy amigables cortantes y un poco pesada para ser de servicio y atención, pero se entiende debido a que hay gente muy pesada y prepotente, por eso se entiende

La mejor atención y una experiencia increíble

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Borde Lago fue simplemente maravillosa. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente; siempre fueron muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.

Quiero agradecer especialmente al equipo del hotel por ayudarme a organizar la pedida de matrimonio a mi pareja. Gracias a su apoyo, dedicación y preocupación por cada detalle, todo salió perfecto y fue un momento realmente hermoso e inolvidable para nosotros.

Estamos profundamente agradecidos por hacer de esta experiencia algo tan especial. Sin duda volveremos y recomendaremos este hotel a todos quienes busquen una atención de primer nivel y un lugar donde realmente se preocupan por sus huéspedes. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Habitación cómoda y bien temperada, la comida buen precio-calidad

Cons:

Piscina indica temperada y estaba fría el agua, le faltan barandas de seguridad y antideslizantes en los pisos adyacentes. A la mesa de pool le falta mantencion, sobre todos a los tacos. Falta mejorar calidad de atención de público en general
