Super schöne Auszeit in Südtirol
Pros:

Super schönes Hotel und tolle SPA Bereiche für Erwachsene, aber auch für die Kids, wenn man als Familie verreist. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteter Outdoor Bereich und gemütliche Möbel.
Die Zimmer und Einrichtung waren wunderschön. Ganz besonders lecker waren auch das Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Lage und der Ausblick in die Berge waren traumhaft.

Schönes SPA Hotel in Trentino für einen gehobenen Geschmack
Pros:

Die Lodge war sehr gut ausgestattet - eigene Tiefgarage, eigene Sauna und Whirlpool. Betten top, bei Begrüssung im Kühlschrank etwas zum Essen, eigener Weinkühlschrank. Man konnte das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bekommen oder etwas mitbringen lassen - Hund war unproblematisch - nur Restaurant und Spa tabu. Man hat beim Essen festen Tisch bei allen Mahlzeiten. Tolle Bar zu zivilen Preisen. Abendessen immer 3 Gerichte zur Auswahl - alles gut und reichlich. Weinkarte etc. - alles wie man sich das auf dem Niveau erwartet.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt an einer Hauptstrasse - daher früh morgens und abends recht laut bei Zimmer nach vorne. Parkplätze in Tiefgarage recht klein. Man muss ca. 50 min von der Autobahn ins Tal fahren - das ist Meran und andere Orte in Südtirol schneller erreicht... Personal und leitendes Personal freundlich - dem einen oder anderen merkte man die lange Saison jedoch an...leider bekamen wir auch keine geeignete Einweisung für den SPA - Uhrzeiten/Angebote etc. - nur einen Flyer. Hier würde ich mir eine persönliche Einweisung wünschen. Diese bekamen wir trotz Anfrage nicht.
