Poteva essere un 10 e lode
Pros:

Posto incantevole immerso in un paesino montano dai colori stupendi, per fortuna non abbiamo avuto la stanza che dava sulla strada ma la vista era interna. Cibo ottimo sia a colazione che a cena, spaziale! Scelta accurata e attenta degli ingredienti e abbinati alla perfezione.
Spa only adults decisamente super, curata e discreta come un buon relax esige!

Cons:

Purtroppo alcuni dettagli strutturali della stanza lasciati un pò per così dire trascurati hanno penalizzato il mio voto. Da un "luxury" mi aspetto massima cura e attenzione anche alla manutenzione delle stanze.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our view from the room 342 to the valley, the design, food quality, adults only spa, location, parking, afternoon/evening strolls alongside the river, nearby pizza place ....

Cons:

There were a few moments we didn't like - the application offers drinks orders to the snad from the bar: never arrived and the bartender from the pool had to fetch them while being frustrated. Better cancel the service.
In a restaurant when we asked for a place change, we were rejected, though we managed later on, and the headwaiter further on was unpleasant.
The room is quite not practicall, as it has no hangers along shower and wash basins placed directly in the room.

Pros:

Spa only adult. Pulizia. Servizio. Colazioni e cena eccellente. La conduzione familiare. Il signor ravelli sempre presente ad accogliere i clienti e a farci sentire coccolati. Grazie l’abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Cons:

La camera un po’ piccola e minimal. L’aria condizionata rumorosa. Il balcone troppo piccolo e si sentivano troppo le auto sulla strada

Angolo di paradiso tra le montagne.
Pros:

Tutto, dall’accoglienza, alla cura del servizio e dei piatti eccezionali serviti a cena, ottima e varia anche la colazione, merita tantissimo l’area spa, davvero bellissima! Specialmente la zona adult only, spettacolare! Un’altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto sono state le escursioni gratuite organizzate, che permettono a chi non conosce la zona, di esplorare posti meravigliosi.. Ottima anche la pulizia, sia delle camere che di tutte le altre zone.

Piscine e spa molto belle, colazione e cena top, personale gentile e disponibile.
Ciliegina sulla torta il Sig. Ravelli che ogni sera passava fra i tavoli a parlare con i clienti, a me è piaciuta molto questa abitudine.
