Overall nice property to stay !!!
Pros:

Rooms are very well furnished and the location of the hotel is very good.

Cons:

Different cold drink pricing policies,
Staff is not adequate
It could take 10-15 mins for a coffee
The reception will not send your parcel to your room

Pros:

Neat and tidy rooms

Cons:

I had 10% discount as I booked through booking.com and I had the discount mentioned in the voucher too. But hotel denied discount as it was not showing in their booking. It has to be the same.

Meh.
Pros:

The location was convenient for me as I had to attend an event in the same hotel.

Cons:

Problems that need fixing now:
1. The staff was polite but I did not appreciate having to ask multiple times for simple items like an iron.
2. There was also no bell boy to take our bags or to show us the amenities in the room.
3. The phones in the rooms weren't working properly - during both calls I heard a crossed wires connection which interrupted the call and the staff member who I was speaking with couldn't be heard clearly.
4. There was only one room key provided, even though 2 people were staying in the room.
5. The towels provided were very small and only 2; glad I carried my own. There was only 1 pair of house slippers provided.
6. While placing there food order there was a problem with the phone (see point 3) but when it actually came, items were missing and there must be some sort of miscommunication regarding the nature of the items provided (hash browns were just fried potatoes)

Problems that would benefit from a solution but not urgent:
1. The rooms were clean but there were a lot of old and scuffed parts in both the bathroom and the bedroom.
2. The coffee options in the room were limited and in miniscule quantities.


All in all, the stay was NOT worth the price.

Pros:

Rooms were really great and comfortable.value for the money.

Cons:

There was variety of breakfast but taste was just ok.Being in pune poha was not good..really sad..
