La musique constante et très bruyante, même dans la chambre vous n'entendez que ça, c'est insupportable ! Les gens extérieurs qui viennent pour faire la fête, ou profiter bruyamment de la piscine, le service du petit déjeuner version light sans boisson chaude, le manque de professionnalisme du personnel pour le petit déjeuner (aucune installation, aucun accueil, il faut se débrouiller pour trouver un endroit, pas de table disponible tout le mobilier était encore sous bâche à 9h alors qu'il faisait grand beau) le personnel qui utilise son smartphone, parle entre eux comme si vous n'étiez pas là. l'entrée de l'hôtel( voir photos) les choses cassées, abîmées ou non terminées dans la chambre(voir photos)

Der Hotelinhaber hat unsere Zimmer trotz Bookingbestätigung an andere vergeben, da er angst hatte dass wir noch annullieren könnten. Hier die Story: 2 Tage vor Ankunft hatte er uns eine Nachricht geschickt ob wir sicher sind, dass wir kommen. Ich habe gesagt, ja wir kommen und im noch einmal die Bookingbestätigung geschickt, schon dies fand ich seltsam. Als wir dann angekommen sind hat er uns in ein direkt neben an liegendes Hotel abgeschoben da er die Zimmer bereits anderen vergeben hat. Absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Solche Hotels sollten nicht auf der Plattform Booking sein.

Wir sind im Hotel Atlantys angekommen und dann hiess es, jemand habe seinen Aufenthalt verlängert, deshalb müssten wir ins Nachbarhotel Mi Sōla. Frühstück müssten wir bei ihnen essen. Deshalb kann ich nur das Frühstück beurteilen. Das war einfach, aber gut.
Ich kann mehr zum Nachbarhotel Mi Sōla sagen. Die Ambiance war ruhiger dort als im Atlantys. Ich würde sagen, dass Atlantys ist eher für junge und Jungg
ebliebene und das Mi Sōla für Personen ab 40Jahre. Es war gediegener im Innenhof. Das Frühstück war fast dasselbe, im Mi Sōla gab es noch Früchte im Atlantys nicht.
Das Personal war bei beiden Hotels freundlich.

Cons:

Wir sind im Hotel Atlantys angekommen und dann hiess es, jemand habe seinen Aufenthalt verlängert, deshalb müssten wir ins Nachbarhotel Mi Sōla. Dies obwohl sie ein Tag vorher noch per Whatsapp angefragt haben, ob wir kommen und wir haben es bestätigt. Der Ersatz war gleichwertig, aber wir fanden das Vorgehen unverschämt.

- La disponibilité et la gentillesse des employés de l hôtel
- la chambre spacieuse, jolie et bien équipée
- toilette moderne

Cons:

- Le bruit / musique le we. Les chambres sont à proximité du bar
- le petit dej: mettre le lait ou l eau chaude dans un Thermos au lieu de le servir à même la tasse. Ça refroidit vite
- le jacuzzi devrait être entretenu et nettoyé régulièrement

Just exceptional
Pros:

The hosipitality from all staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding of all the cross border challenges we experienced. Our group was even offered transportation to and from the airport. Staff checked up with us every step of the way from pre-check in to post airport drop off.The rooms were beautifully set up and clean throughout our stay. Overall ambiance of the hotel gives island vacation , almost forgot this was a work trip
