Pros:

A beautifully presented hotel, excellent rooms. We visited mid September and it was very quiet. The main staff member was very attentive and especially so in his recommendations during dinner (including that we might be ordering more than we could manage!). The restaurant food is simply outstanding. Yes, accordingly it is pricey but you will not be disappointed.

Cons:

Not a dislike, just be aware the hotel is located quite remote by the lake.

el lugar es increible, la atencion de los hermanos que estan en cocina no puede ser mejor!! han sido super calidos y profesionales... si o si prueben el desayuno... los huevos revueltos han sido los mejores de mi vida

Stunning views at the Hotel & restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, very quiet and relaxing. The staff are all lovely and helpful. The restaurant food is fantastic and the views from the terrace are amazing, the sunset dinner was perfect. Nice walks nearby and lovely pool with views. Room was very comfy

Cons:

It closes on Mondays and we wanted to stay that night so bit disappointed we couldn't extend our stay

La ubicación es espectacular. Sobre todo al atardecer.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Nos trajeron un ventilador pero sólo movía aire caliente. Parece un detalle menor, pero es que la habitación no es barata.
Pensábamos que habría desayuno buffet (aunque no venía incluido pensábamos pagarlo), pero sólo había un servicio de cafetería ordinario.
Creo que en conjunto no estuvo para nada justificado el precio, pese a la amabilidad del personal.

The best service experience in years.
Pros:

The customer service provided by the owner personally exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, we were served an excellent snack outside of the restaurant's normal operating hours. At dinner, the service made us feel truly well looked after, and the breakfast was among the best of our month-long trip. The stunning scenery and a warm swim in the lake were the perfect finishing touches to the experience.
