Pros:

Location

Cons:

No proper ventilation in the room, smelling uncomfortable unfresh air if a group of people are not taking bath after and straight away sleep in the cubical. The toilet is very uncomfortable. Need to clean the toilet every 2 hours. Rest area/ locker got water ingress from soffit roof/ ceiling.

The door open and closed sound very aloud to affect sleeping.
The location is not good and far away from city.

Pros:

Location quite good, Taman Molek is a area of prosperity.

Cons:

The entrance staircase full with smell of rat shit. Water coolant been provided but cannot function well. Capsule only provide USB port, but no plug and type C port.
