Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

I had the loveliest stay at Hoianse Hotel. Firstly the atmosphere & attentiveness of the staff are unmatched.
Shout out to Spring for the introduction to the hotel and all the fantastic recommendations. I attended the Hoianse Cultural Walk on my second day for free & I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Breakfast is $125,000 dong and they have a lovely selection of western/local options. Affordable for an all you can eat compared to other cafes in the area.
Room was exactly as pictured. Comfortable mattress, air conditioning & great sized rooms (not tiny like some other places). Be mindful that shower is in bath so requires adept mobility.
Location -> 10 minute walk to the very centre of Ancient Old Town. Perfect in my opinion, situated on quiet street so great for sleeping.
Amenities-> clean & as expected. Room cleaned daily too. Wifi. Access to filtered drinking water & unlimited access to tea & coffee.
Additional shout out to Helen who made my stay feel like home in a foreign country.

Helen is the best!

Among of all the hotels 4 that we booked on our 6-day tour in vietnam, this hotel is the best. I regret that we book for only 1 night. I wish we stayed here longer.

Room:

Homey vibes. Complete complimentary items. I was surprised that there’s a shaving cream free.
There’s a complimentary snack i forgot the name but it is a delicacy in HoiAn. There’s also a ginger tea included which is not available on different hotel. There’s also a handwritten letter that welcomed us.

Food:

We overslept, but Spring & Lily never forgot to save us our breakfast. This includes our favorite Banh mi, banana, dragot fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, yogurt and a passion fruit drink. We are very touch by their service.

Staff:

Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Very hospitable even allowed us to check-in early. We really appreciate the service of Helen, Spring, Lily, Kimmi, Anna and Tin!

We will be there next year and will spend more nights 💚

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with a wonderful traditional atmosphere and a genuine effort to introduce guests to authentic Hoi An and Vietnamese culture. We really enjoyed the experience.

The rooms are clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Helen, Spring, Lily, Kimmi, Anna, and Tin for taking such great care of us throughout our stay.

The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. It’s generous enough to keep you full and energized for a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel is definitely bang for the buck, and we would happily stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Während unserer gesamten Vietnamreise haben wir in keinem anderen Hotel so freundliche, herzliche und engagierte Mitarbeiter erlebt. Das gesamte Team hat sich außergewöhnlich viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen.

Besonders schön fanden wir, dass man uns gezeigt hat, wie man traditionellen vietnamesischen Kaffee zubereitet. Außerdem konnten wir für wenig Geld Fahrräder ausleihen und die Umgebung erkunden.

Auch nach dem Check-out durften wir weiterhin kostenlos Wasser, Tee und Kaffee nutzen und sogar noch duschen, bevor wir unseren Nachtbus genommen haben – ein Service, der wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Als uns unser erstes Zimmer im Eingangsbereich etwas zu laut war, wurde uns ohne Probleme ein ruhigeres Zimmer angeboten. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Everything

I felt safe and looked after as a 65 year old woman solo traveler. Spring, Lily, Helen, Kimmi and Anna are the best staff. They are extremely helpful and explained much to me as this is my first visit to Vietnam. A short walk to the river, about 8 minutes. Also the bathroom in my room had a lovely bath which I used for the 6 nights I stayed- heaven after walking all day. The hotel became home.

Amazing location, fantastic hospitality and very clean room

Wonderful stay! For the price, this hotel was great value. Clean, spacious room and - two things seldom available anywhere other than deluxe properties - a bathtub and bedside reading lights. Location was super-convenient for the Old Town, while being just far away to avoid crowds.

But what really makes this Hoianese hotel is the staff. Spring, Lily, Helen, Kimmi, Anna and Tin all work amazingly hard to provide information about local restaurants, tailor shops and day trips (everything they recommended to me was fantastic), they were always abailable to answer questions and solve problems, and they couldn’t have been friendlier. Having checked my DOB on my passport, they even surprised me with a birthday cake and flowers!

I heartily recommend Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel.

The hotel is located on a quiet street. The room is cleaned and we had a nice street view. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Helen, Spring, Lily and Kimmi are the best staff members I can imagine! They immediately helped when I got some troubles with my bank card and acted very professional, helpful and friendly at the same time.
The staff’s support is from a different level!
Location is great, no noise pollution at night time, the best beds I’ve ever had in a hotel and the cleanliness is just excellent.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was super good.

The room was dark, and had good Aircon and good WiFi

They give you a lot of information in the hotel about local restaurants and places to go.
