This really is THE place to stay, when in Hoi An. Not only the location and rooms are amazing, but the people working there, giving so much information, helping with the experiences and just having that great mood everyday. They really make this hotel unique. Lily and Kimmi were our helping hands most of the time, but also Helen, Spring and Tim.
We did the Walking Tour, the History Talk, a Cooking Class and got a Scooter through them and enjoyed all of them very much.

Everything about this hotel is spectacular. Perfect location within walking distance of everything. The staff is incredible and so friendly, giving us recommendations for tailors, restaurants, and activities. Special shout-out to Kimmi, Lilly, Spring, Helen, and everyone else we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay.

Spring lily emma kimmi and Helen are so helpful and friendly I want to marry them all.

A stylish hotel located just perfectly - short walk to Old Quarter, quiet, clean, and next to a great coffee shop.
Exceptional facilities include hot tube, hair conditioner and full body mirror.

All receptionists were outstanding!!
- Lily drove me on her private bike so I will not miss the hotel lecture (highly recommend!)
- Spring helped me to decide on my next adventure and handled the transfer to fit my requests!
- Helen always welcomed me with a big smile!
- Kimmi was attentive to all my requests!

We originally booked a room from June 21st to 24th, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay twice and ended up staying until the 27th! Having traveled to 12 countries and stayed in countless hotels, I can confidently say that the customer service and attention to detail here is completely unmatched.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, and they offer amazing free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Spring was wonderful and taught us exactly how to make authentic Vietnamese coffee, which became a favorite daily ritual. Helen is an incredible host and storyteller who beautifully explained the history of Hoi An to us. A massive shoutout to Emma, Lilly, Helen, Spring, Kimmy, Anna and Tin from the night helpline, they were always there to assist us with a smile, no matter what we needed. They even have dedicated day and night WhatsApp helplines that they respond to instantly.

Two specific moments truly showed how far they go for their guests:

1. I forgot to book an airport transfer and reached out at the absolute last minute. They arranged a pickup and had a cab ready for us at the airport in precisely 4 minutes.

2. During a rainstorm, some of our clothes blew off the balcony into the backyard. The staff literally went out into the dark with torches at night to search for them and retrieve them.

We are incredibly grateful to have chosen this place and to have experienced such genuine warmth, love, and hospitality. If we come back, it will be as much for this hotel and its staff as it is for Hoi An itself. 10/10, highly recommended!

チェックアウトのあとに、街を散策し汗だくになったけど、預け荷物引き取りの際に共用シャワーを借りれたことはほんとにありがたかった

What a great hotel. The amazing hospitality starts the minute you arrive. The staff makes you feel welcome and is very eager to share thier knowledge of thier city to ensure you have a good experience.

Located just a short walk from the old town, it is just far enough away to escape the crowds when needed. The Rooms were immaculate and the breakfast was great. We were able to park 2 motorcycles out front.

I would highly reccommend this place to everyone. Be sure to go see the bamboo circus while in town. Thanks very much to Kimmi and Spring for the wonderful hospitality.

Staff were excellent and attentive, Kimmi provided directions and reccommendations for sites around town and very helpful.
Location is perfect to explore, just outside of the busy part of town but only a few minutes to get to the very touristy parts.
Room was very comfortable and well stocked, nice view and decor was very unique.

Spring, Lily, Helen and Kimmi did a wonderful job to make me feel welcome and they are very good at their job

From the staff to the room, everything exceeded expectations; I also booked very last minute and was not expecting a lot - this was just amazing.
I also went for their history talk and I think this was such a highlight of my overall stay! It was so interesting to learn more about Hoi An and Vietnam, would 100% recommend!
Also the place was very quiet which was a nice change from where I previously was!

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt - ich kann mir sehr empfehlen.

Friendly & helpful staff! Went above and beyond to learn our names and help with anything. Great location, on a slightly quieter street but very close to old town. Beautiful room.

スタッフの皆さんがとても明るく親切。チェックインの際にホイアン観光について詳しく教えてくれました。
ランドリーも安価で24時間で出来上がります。
部屋はとても清掃が行き届いていて、広さも充分あり、快適でした。小さなバルコニーもあり、開放感もありました。朝食も美味しかったです。冷蔵庫の効きが良かったのも地味に嬉しかった点です。
フロントのSpringさんやHelenさん、すぐに私たちの名前を覚えてくださり気さくに話しかけてくれ、とてもアットホームな雰囲気で、楽しい滞在となりました。どうもありがとうございました。

Location tiện di chuyển đến các điểm vui chơi tham quan. Phòng mình tuy nhỏ nhưng rất đầy đủ, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Đặc biệt khách sạn rất chu đáo từ lúc checkin đến lúc checkout, các bạn nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương, cảm ơn Spring, Lily, Helen, Kimmi rất nhiều. Một trải nghiệm rất wow🩷

This is a wonderful hotel.

First of all, it has all the little things I could possibly want.

The interior is lovely, and the price is reasonable.

Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly; it was the most service-oriented hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam.
