Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Sinceramente pur impegnandomi non ho trovato nessun difetto. Posizione tranquillissima distante dal caos turistico giusto i 10 minuti per la passeggiata serale di rientro dalla cena, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort (per gli italiani top il condizionatore non puntato direttamente sul letto), pensierini di benvenuto personalizzati e acqua fresca disponibile, possibilità di fare la doccia nei bagni dell’hotel anche dopo ore dal check out (avevamo il bus notturno, senza di questa possibilità saremmo rimasti sporchi per un giorno e mezzo), lenzuola pulite e topper molto comodo. Il plus assoluto è il personale tutto di estrema cortesia e simpatia. Da noi trovare personale così attento e preciso é davvero raro. Insisto solo nel dire che al di là della qualità della struttura scegliere questo hotel varrebbe la pena anche solo per il personale.

El alojamiento es increíble, parece nuevo. Las habitaciones son bonitas, limpias y acogedoras. Además, el servicio de recepción fue maravilloso, siempre disponibles para lo que necesites, con cantidad de detalles y con una sonrisa. Gracias Spring, Lily, Kimmi, Helen y Anna por vuestro buen trabajo. Recomendable 1000%, incluso amplié mi estancia.

The staff were amazing spring and kimmy really went out their way to help me they made my experience in Hoi a one of my favourite in Vietnam. As a solo traveller it was so nice to just have the care and support and really good with English. Beds were so comfy room was everything I needed. Thankyou so much yes I will definitely come back here to stay if I’m ever in Hoi an again

This was our first stop in Hoi An and we couldn’t have been happier. Ever since we booked the place the staff was communicating with us regularly. What makes this place better than anything else in Hoi An is their staff. They are attentive, caring, knowledgeable and so passionate about what they do, always greeting you with a big smile. They offered us a free walking tour of the old town which was one of the great highlights.

The rooms are very clean and good. The bathtub is one of the most practical bathtubs that I have experienced. They provide with you everything essential. One of the best things is the water bottle system - they have water bottles on every floor that you can pick up and replace your empty bottles with.

Highly highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great comfortable stay.

Helen, Spring, Lily and Kimmi and all the staff of Hoianese Hotels do a phenomenal job. Service and hospitality are from an excellent level.
The late check-in process was very straightforward and Lily explained me everything very clearly via Facebook Messenger.

早上約11點多抵達，SPRING非常熱情的接待了我，給了我一張HOTEL細心製作的會安旅行小手冊，並一一向我介紹當地人會去的、最好吃的在地美食與店鋪。而且我也在這預訂了前往迦南島玩COCONUT BOAT的行程，相當方便。而且中午12點時，也讓我提早進房，先安頓好行李與整裝，非常感謝。徒步走到古城區約八分鐘，晚上可以有安靜的環境休息。之後也在KIMMI、HELEN的照顧下，在會安待上了完美的兩天。非常推薦大家來住。

Nous avons tout aimé. la gentillesse de Spring qui a été à l’écoute et au petit soin pour nous ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. la chambre était parfaitement propre et très jolie. Des bouteilles d’eau filtrée sont à disposition à chaque étage. L’hôtel est à deux pas du centre historique ce qui nous a permis de faire toutes les activités et visiter à pieds. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel à 200%

We had a lovely introduction with Helen who ran us through everything to do in Hoi An from cultural experiences to food and tailoring. Whenever we needed anything Lily, Anna and Kimmi were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotless and very roomy. Overall brilliant experience!

The staff Spring, Helen, Lilly, Kimmi - were beyond kind and attentive and helpful. They speak English very well, they love and know history of Hoian and gave us so many great suggestions. They do walking tours about history of Hoian for just a tip and the coffee at the hotel
Is great. Clean and comfortable. We felt like home there after staying extra 5 days. Highly recommend it.
