Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Amazing staff including Spring and Anna, made us feel so welcomed.

We originally booked three nights, but from the moment we arrived and met Lily, Kimmy, Spring and An, we knew we had found somewhere special. After a month travelling around Vietnam and staying in different hotels at various price points, this has been our favourite stay so far. Their smiles, personal attention and wonderful energy made our time here truly lovely. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by another five nights, and now we’re genuinely sad to leave! The hotel is charming and very clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is wonderful, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town. They also offer bicycle rentals for 50,000 VND, which is a wonderful way to explore the rice fields and cycle to the beach. We loved it! The hotel offers fantastic value for money, but what really makes it stand out is the service, the service and, once again, the service! Hoi An itself is beautiful, and this hotel gives us another reason to return. Thank you all for such warm and heartfelt hospitality!

Nos hemos quedado encantadas con el trato, servicio, habitación , desayuno … se merecen un 10. Por el precio , un verdadero chollo . Las chicas de recepción, cocina, limpieza eran encantadoras . La habitación grande, tranquila, la ubicación excelente . Súper recomendable

Great location, within easy walking distance of the ancient city. Room was lovely, bed comfy and plenty of space. Friendly staff went above expectations to help with any request, they remembered everyone’s name, nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks go to Lily, Spring, Kimmi & Tin who were so lovely. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Hoianese Boutique Hotel! The hotel was lovely, comfortable and welcoming, but what really made our experience special was the amazing staff. A huge thank you to Spring, Lily and Kimmi for being so kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out and made our time in Hoi An even more memorable. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They sat us down and gave us loads of pointers for the local area from where to eat to what to do. We went with many of their recommendations which were spot on! Spring advised us to visit the bamboo circus which was absolutely amazing, I cannot praise her enough for the suggestion.

The bed was comfy and the room was spotless, they have free tea and coffee available in the reception. The hotel is located in an ideal location, close enough to the centre for it to be walkable but far enough away that it is not always loud.

Once again I cannot thank the members of staff working there enough for everything they did to make our stay memorable.

The girls that work here are what make this hotel so brilliant, and I can see why the rating of the hotel is so high!

Kimmy, Spring & Lily are absolutely brilliant hosts. They are professional, friendly, fun and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. Always greeting us with a smile and showing genuine interest.

I will absolutely stay here again next time I’m back in Hoi An

Definitivt personalet på hotellet! Helt fantastiske mennesker, og hadde gode tips til det man måtte ønske og prøve, jeg selv er veldig opptatt av å støtte lokale drifter. Kom godt over ends med resepsjonen Spring og Kimmi, herlige damer! Alt dem anbefalte var ingen skuffelse. Booket egentlig bare to netter men endte med en ekstra natt. Tusen takk for all hjelpen, anbefaling og den trivselen. Kommer definitivt tilbake her, utrolig reint og plasseringen passet meg godt.

As soon as I checked in, I was greeted like family. Kimmy is a superstar and so is Spring.

They cannot do enough for you!

My friends were staying in Da Nang and decided to come visit me in Hoi An for the day.

After a few hours and several beers, they decided they actually wanted to stay here at this hotel in Hoi A for a couple of days with me. So I reached out to Spring on WhatsApp to help us coordinate with another hotel where my friends had left their luggage at.

Spring went above and beyond calling the other hotel and coordinating with the Grab driver to pick up the luggage and bring it to this hotel where my friends subsequently booked for several nights. This is so above and beyond kind to assist us with that. So thank you, Spring.

The hotel is really stunning inside, my room is spacious and light and the bedding is really high quality and super comfortable. I ended up booking in for 4 nights instead of 2. And still might stay longer yet.

The hotel is only a 7 minute walk from the river, and as the name suggests. It’s SUPER quiet.

I have had, and am having the best time here! Thank you so much!

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und sogar zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr guter Service bei vielen Themen. Sauberes Zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet. Super Lage: ruhig und doch auf Geh-Distanz zum Ortskern. Gerne wieder!
