Clean, modern & Great Lake view
Pros:

Very new, very clean and a terrific staff. The rooms were comfortable, safe and ample parking and there’s a terrific bar/grill in the lobby with very good food and excellent prices. Although it was cold,I enjoyed the balcony and lake view from our room.

The location was great. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and the arcade was a lot of fun. Beautiful scenery and quiet.

Wonderful clean friendly place we will stay again

We stayed with our kids for the night after recommendation from
My brother ! The staff was awesome the place was cleaned and the kids had fun in the pool !
The breakfast was delicious especially the waffles and egg white omelet

Very friendly staff. Solid breakfast.Amazing spa overlooking the lake

Cons:

All the loud Girl Scouts whose mother’s didn’t control them whatsoever! Made our experience horrible! Tried 3 times to go to spa for 4 hours and children playing with water toys for hours! No towels and this was early season.Hotel should have adults only from 8-9 or 9-10 pm on weekends

We love Lisa at the front desk! Checking in realized I booked the wrong night. It was late, everyone was tired, and Lisa got it figured out before I had time to panic. We were checked in and ready to go in minutes. She was so kind, helpful, and we couldnt have been more appreciative of her quick response to my mistake. Thank you Lisa!!!
