The door was hard to use, didn’t open or close well. The fold out bed in the living room was broken and very worn, needs replacement. Loft stairs were steep but ok. AC didn’t keep to room cold enough on the hot days

Muy sucio y no funcionaba la tele, algo que no solucionaron.

Muito barulho, não dormimos a noite toda porque estava musica muito alta ao lado. Tivemos de chamar a polícia e depois continuaram

La escalera para subir a la habitación es muy peligrosa, no se debería alquilar a familias

Ya son casi 20 veces o más que me alojo allí pero cada vez peor , llegué a las 23:39 después de tener que hacer todo el proceso del checkin teniendo mis datos !! Luego todo sucio ,el baño sin comentarios !! La alcachofa no se podía sujetar y se cayo sobre mi cabeza, la puerta del patio no cerraba , todas las puertas hacen ruido y para el colmo a las 10:45 entra la chica de la limpieza sin tocar y antes de la hora del checkout !!
No volveré a pisar allí !! Ha bajado de nivel 10 a nivel 4 y con tanta elección de alojamientos ellos se lo pierden!!!!

WiFi non funzionante e diverse prese della luce danneggiate e non funzionanti.

Mi experiencia fue decepcionante. El proceso de check-in es excesivamente lento y burocrático, solicitando más información de la necesaria. Reservé dos departamentos y uno me fue entregado mucho después del horario establecido, sin ninguna disculpa por parte del personal.

La comunicación y la atención al cliente son deficientes, lo que dificulta resolver cualquier inconveniente. Además, el mobiliario no corresponde con las fotografías: está viejo y presenta un evidente desgaste por falta de mantenimiento. Para empeorar la experiencia, uno de los WC no tenía asiento; lo reporté desde el primer día y, después de dos días de estancia, nunca fue reparado.

The internet did not work at all.

Estaba sucio, mal mantenido. Los textiles de sofá, cojines, butacas... Estaban muy sucios, e incluso había chicle pegado en la mesa). Una gran capa de polvo en el aparato de aire acondicionado. Escaso menaje de cocina.

We stayed for over a week and the wifi never worked. There were not enough kitchen utensils for the number of people in the booking and we had to request some basics such as a cutting knife.

The customer service was terrible, you're sent a warning by their staffing team that you may receive texts from people asking for your card details, which in my years of using booking.com has never happened, and I did, multiple whatsapp from individuals asking me to fill in my check in form which required my card details. On the day of arrival I received the real check in form from the booking company, was required to put my card details in which is absurd because its on the booking, they claimed it was for a deposit but it seemed shady, it was also one of those long winded forms that each member staying in the house had to fill which required loads of useless personal information. We finally filled in the forms, around 2 hours later arrived at the apartment where the codes sent to us to get in were wrong. We were on the attic floor which is cramed and ridiculously hot. The numbers on their hotlines were not working. After calling all the different numbers for around 20 sweaty minutes we found the number and spoke to a lady who eventually found the code for us. The biggest issue was in the morning, check out was at 11am, at 10:15am we received a knock on the door, before being given the chance to get up and open the door, we then heard the whirring of the code being enterred, the landlady or staff member took it upon herself to let herself in, 45 minutes before check up, after giving us 10 seconds to get the door, to tell us we had to be out by 11am. For further information they knew we had people sleeping on the sofabed which is right in front of the door. This lady had no right to enter, she stood frozen, reiterated the check out time and then just walked out. Never has this ever happened. How does this person think they have the right to enter without permission? I was furious about this but let it go, we checked out normally and ON TIME which was always going to be the case.

Not very clean. House without proper maintenance. Internet not working. Sofa, chairs have old stains. Everyone knows that internet is very important. I didn’t take any photos, but I don’t recommend for a family with kids. We stayed because was only 1 day and didn’t have much option in last moment. Host doesn’t help much.

Las cortinas descolgadas y lo mas importante ,el piso de arriba ha estado hasta las 6.30 de la mañana con un musica electro-house a un volumen exageradamente alto,aparte de los taconazos .
Lo que tenia que haber sido u a noche para descansar despues de un largo viaje para emprender otro al dia siguiente ha resultado ser una noche en blanco llena de estres y nervios.
