Un poco ruidoso pero una estancia agradable y en buena zona
Pros:

La zona era muy buena. El apartamento también estaba muy completo para 2 personas.

Cons:

Mucho ruido. No solo porque está prácticamente al lado de calle alcalá, pero luego la puerta del portal pega portazo y retumba todo el edificio cuando nuevos clientes entran. También se escucha el ruido de los pasillos. Y claro, cuando esto ocurre a las 23.30, luego a las 00.00 o a la 1.00 incluso, es muy molesto. Se me ocurre notificar a los nuevos clientes que respeten los horarios nocturnos y minimicen los ruidos y ponerle un tope hidráulico a la puerta de dentro del portal.

El espacio para 3 es reducido porque una vez que abres el sofá cama queda poco espacio para moverse y las escaleras para subir a la habitación mortales.

Overall, a great stay in a convenient location with an accurate listing and a responsive host.
Pros:

What I liked most about the property was that it looked exactly like the photos. The location was very central, with easy access to the city center via a short metro ride. There were also plenty of shops and amenities within walking distance of the metro station.

Cons:

The only downside was that the shower tended to leak water onto the bathroom floor, so we ended up using most of the towels during our stay. This wasn’t the host’s fault, but rather a result of the bathroom’s design.

Loved the location — 1 min walk to el carmen metro that was right around the corner, so getting around Madrid was super easy (just use same metro line 5 to grand via & opera). Apartment was clean and had all the basics we needed. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Perfect base for exploring Madrid.

Cons:

Small notes: The bed runs a bit small for 2 adults and since it’s right above a restaurant/road, the windows let in some street noise at night. Light sleepers might want earplugs.
