Pros:

We had a great stay at Hart Hotel in Vlorë! The accommodation was spacious and perfect for our group of six, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and the Lungomare, making it easy to enjoy the seaside, restaurants, and cafés without needing a car.

The private parking was a big plus, and everything was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Hart Hotel to anyone visiting Vlorë. We would happily stay here again!

Prima voor een tussenstop, maar het hotel heeft dringend onderhoud nodig
Pros:

We verbleven twee nachten in The Hart tijdens onze rondreis. Bij aankomst schrokken we eerlijk gezegd een beetje van de staat van het hotel. Het oogt verouderd en er zijn op veel plekken achterstallig onderhoud en defecten zichtbaar. Zo stond het laminaat in het trappenhuis bol, de schuifdeur van onze kamer was kapot en sloot nauwelijks, en ook de badkamer was oud en had verschillende gebreken. Dat is jammer, want met een aantal investeringen zou dit hotel echt veel aantrekkelijker kunnen zijn.

Ondanks de gebreken hebben we twee prima nachten gehad. De bedden sliepen goed en de service van het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima, al vonden wij het wel wat aan de vette kant.

Al met al is The Hart een prima keuze als je één of twee nachten verblijft tijdens een rondreis. Voor een langere vakantie zouden wij persoonlijk voor een ander hotel kiezen. Met wat investeringen en beter onderhoud heeft dit hotel zeker veel potentie.

Cons:

Wat we wel als vervelend hebben ervaren, was dat een jongen die bij het hotel leek te horen ons bij aankomst volgde toen we richting het strand liepen. Dat gaf ons een ongemakkelijk gevoel

Very helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location for staying in Vlorë. The breakfast served was delicious, lots.of pastries, fruit, cheese and eggs.
The room was pleasant with comfortable beds.
Car park was very useful.
The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff.
They went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and even went out of their way to help us when our car had a flat tyre.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach perfekt. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, und man hat alles, was man braucht, in der Nähe (Supermarkt, Restaurants usw.). Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es ist zwar Frühstück inbegriffen, aber es gibt kein offenes Buffet. Das Essen wird immer auf einem Teller serviert, sodass man sich nicht aussuchen kann, was man essen möchte. Außerdem ist das Frühstück fast jeden Tag dasselbe. Aber wie gesagt: Für den Preis, den man zahlt, kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren. Man bekommt trotzdem einen Frühstücksteller mit einem Omelett, Tomaten, Gurken, Käse und Brot serviert. Dazu gibt es noch Wasser und Kaffee.
