Parking was expensive when it said on the hotel that it had parking. It was actually a multi story about 300 metres away

Unreliable
Cons:

I needed to leave in morning early but the only doors that we’re supposed to be open were completely locked! So I could not leave. Only after 10 minutes the cleaning lady opened the doors (after the alarm started going).

Excellent & Lovely Stay…Once Again!
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in Arnhem. While the bathtub is my happiest facility at CN, it is by far the Staff who make the stay Exceptional! I ordered the Lobster Bisque from their Seafood restaurant (Delicious!!) & they brought lovely drinks with it! #ExcellentService #TOP!!

Teleurstelling helaas

Bij binnenkomst eerste wat we zien is een muis achter de balie rustig voorbij lopen 🤢
De lift was vies en de spiegel in de lift ook.
Naast de lift een wifi versterker uit de stekker? 😅
Vervolgens maken we de slaapkamer deur open en hangt er een hele duffe en muffe geur alsof er niet gelucht word door de dag.
Het zag er niet hygiënisch uit spiegels vies, glazen vies in de badkamer, koffie apparaat zag er niet fris uit, afstandsbediening en wifi deden het allebei op en af. Kamer zag er anders uit dan op de foto's voor 128 euro was dit het echt niet waard! Veel minpunten en wein
