I changed hotels at last minute, so glad I did on arrivale Kyla was amazing, and Eve was amazing at Songkran, the guest experience was very dofferent to everywhere else, they made me feel welcome and made sure I was okay at all times. I extended my stay twice! If I could give 10 stars to Kyla and Eve, I lost my sunglasses during Songkran, thought they were gone forever, but they found them and kept them safe till the next day, I was so happy and Kyla has checked in with me many times. 10 stars for both!

Cons:

Nothing, I usually find details at hotels but really struggling to say anything here, they were amazing, I will be staying here next time I'm in Patong. Gym amazing pools amazing. Rooftop sunset wow! Perfect.

An excellent hotel for singles and families who want to to relax in a good location.
Pros:

I liked every thing, it was incredible days I spent in.The mos I loved are Location is about 2 minutes walking to Patong Beach and staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I would thank JONA, JL, KIP, BITONG and KANG to there help me in everything.
The hotel gave a good upgrade for free from standard to deluxe room 😍.

Nice hotel well located
Pros:

Everything was good,
My room was on the hard rock café which I liked
Location and breakfast are great

Cons:

Nothing tonmention except it smells weird outside the room maybe because of the water pipes on the roof which are weird ! Roofs are full of water pipes not covered .

Our stay at the Redison was made even more special thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Rick and Ouwmie. They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel so welcome.
