Redelijk wanneer je niet al te veel luxe verwacht.

De locatie en het zwembad

Cons:

Het bed. Deze was groot genoeg, maar van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Het bed was wankel en wanneer je erop lag kon je de veren er doorheen voelen. Bovendien waren de kamer ontzettend gehorig. Het leek net alsof de buren in je kamer zaten.

Séjour calme et verdoyant, hôtel tout blanc , super localisation .
Pros:

Sa localisation , son Jardín magnifique, la piscine avec son point de vue .

Cons:

Il y avait des transats cassés qui sont restés tout le séjour en place …. Des verres , vaisselles traînent sur des terrasses …
Des canettes se trouvent dans les massifs …. Il faudrait un peu plus de rigueur et surtout le Todo incluido change l esprit de l hôtel … clientèle plus bruyante…. Souvent alcoolisée ….l année précédente , cela ne se produisait pas .

Architektur der Anlage, Vegetation im Komplex; sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl; Freundlichkeit des Personals beim Frühstück

Cons:

Kaffee aus dem Automaten beim Frühstück, Softdrinks beim Frühstück; Pastik"gläser" an der Hippybar (am Pool ok verständlich); keine Parkmöglichkeiten im Hotelsresort! Sauberkeit ausserhalb der Bungalows (Terrasse, Treppe..) - hier wurde nicht gereinigt!

Kamers was jlein en badkamer veel gebreken. Gelukkig andere kamer gehad die veel ruimer was en een mooie badkamer

un beau séjour !
Pros:

très raisonnable pour le prix chambre propre, équipement nécessaire satisfaisant, nous n'avons pas beaucoup profité de la piscine malheureusement mais très sympa et belle vue, dommage pas d'accès à la mer directement de l'hôtel mais sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour. petit déjeuné très bon et emplacement à es Canar proche de resto et commodités.

Dear booking
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your property.
Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by the online photos and descriptions. Upon arrival, I was initially directed to the wrong room. After this was corrected, I was then assigned a room that was not properly cleaned and required additional attention before it could be used.
Furthermore, despite informing reception, my room did not receive any housekeeping service for the following three days. This lack of service significantly impacted the quality and comfort of my stay.
Given these issues — including the inaccurate representation of the room, the check-in problems, the cleanliness concerns, and the absence of housekeeping — I believe this stay fell far below acceptable standards.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for my stay.
I trust you will take this matter seriously and look forward to your prompt response.
