Hotel muy recomendable! Sin duda volvería
Pros:

Habitaciones muy limpias, tanto como la ropa de cama y toallas están limpias. Tiene frigobar, el desayuno es muy bueno y el personal es amable. La piscina de descanso tiene agua caliente.

Cons:

El agua de la alberca grande es fría.
La cafetera no funcionaba, avisamos pero no nos la cambiaron.
Está a pie de carretera y por lo tanto por las noches el ruido de motos y camiones te despierta.

Pros:

Mal servicio de recepción, comida pésima, mal mantenimiento, le ponen cloro y químicos a la alberca en el horario en el que más se debe de usar y no le avisan los huéspedes, en general muy mal, por que recibimos deberíamos de haber pagado menos de la mitad !!!, no regresaremos nunca.

It was a nice getaway with upgrades and more reliable service needed.

The pool area and amenities were very nice.

Cons:

The restaurant did not maintain its hours and just closed whenever they wanted (one day over an hour early leaving us without dinner). The hotel had no other restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The mattress was very old and the TV nor fridge worked.

Unas instalaciones bonitas, pero muy poco servicio
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, recién remodeladas. La alberca está bonita, limpia, con diferentes niveles bien separados y los niños la disfrutan mucho.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy básico y reducido. Uno tiene que descubrir dónde están las cosas (por ejemplo, la tetera con agua caliente estaba en una repisa inferior en la mesa de café, bastante escondida), y el único mesero contesta de mal modo. Por la noche, a las 8 pm ya no había servicio de cafetería, y el hotel está lejos de cualquier tienda o restaurante (está fuera de la ciudad, en el campo)
