Hayal Vadisi Otel'deki konaklamamızdan son derece memnun ayrıldık. En büyük farkı yaratan unsur, hiç şüphesiz çalışanların profesyonelliği, samimiyeti ve misafirperverliğiydi.

Odamızla ilgili çok küçük bir aksaklık yaşadık. Durumu ilettiğimiz anda hiç vakit kaybetmeden odamızı değiştirmeyi teklif ettiler ve konaklamamız boyunca her konuda ekstra ilgi ve özen gösterdiler. Bu yaklaşım, misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önemi açıkça gösteriyor.

Tüm ekip son derece güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle restoran bölümünde bizi her gün içten gülümsemeleriyle karşılayan Sayın Şenol Bey'e ve Sayın Yaşar Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Misafire karşı gösterdikleri doğal, samimi ve hiçbir şekilde yapmacık olmayan nezaketleri gerçekten takdire şayandı. Hizmet anlayışlarının ve pozitif yaklaşımlarının sektördeki diğer otellere de örnek olmasını gönülden temenni ediyoruz.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hayal Vadisi Hotel. What made our experience exceptional was, above all, the professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality of the entire staff.

We encountered a very minor issue with our room, and the team responded immediately by offering us a room change without hesitation. More importantly, they continued to show exceptional care and attention throughout the rest of our stay. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction.

Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Şenol and Mr. Yaşar, who greeted us every day in the restaurant with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. Their kindness was sincere, natural, and never felt forced—a quality that is becoming increasingly rare in the hospitality industry.

Cons:

Olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğimiz tek konu, otelin çevresinde devam eden inşaat çalışmaları nedeniyle gündüz saatlerinde zaman zaman inşaat gürültüsünün duyulabilmesiydi. Bunun otelin kontrolü dışında bir durum olduğunun farkındayız. Ayrıca gün içerisinde otelde uzun süre vakit geçirmediğimiz için bizim açımızdan önemli bir rahatsızlık oluşturmadı ve genel konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkilemedi.

The only minor downside was that some construction noise could occasionally be heard during the daytime due to ongoing building work in the surrounding area. We understand that this is entirely beyond the hotel's control. Since we did not spend much time at the hotel during the day, it was not a significant inconvenience for us and did not diminish our overall experience.

Nice for relaxation in a calm area away from the city

Nice location In sera lake

Cons:

Resort should have more luxury facilities like spa , kids activity
Should having walking bridges to the opposite restaurant instead of crossing the road which has high speed cars
Should have easy walk connections with the next close parks
No evening room service to order food
