I was delighted with my stay, especially because the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind.

Wonderful receptionist.
Pros:

Very elegant and modern. The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially with the 24/7 lounge offering free water and coffee, microwave / oven.

Cons:

It would be great if the room could provide a regular-height desk and a simple chair with back support. Also, unliked: I could often hear machine noise early in the morning, before 8 a.m., although weekends were quieter. The guests were quiet as well, and I did not hear any loud noises from them.
