Pros:

La habitación era amplia y nos pusieron un transporte para poder ir a la estación de trenes por 200.

Cons:

En la habitación había bichos (hormigas, chinchillas, cucarachas). Tuvimos que cerrar bien las maletas para que no nos entrara ninguno. Al entrar en el hall del hotel huele bastante a tabaco. Fueron bastantes serios al hacernos el check-in. La furgoneta que nos llevó a la estación también estaba muy sucia y olía mal.

這次是為了看演唱會，離海濱公園很近，10:30結束回到飯店，附近還有全家買買東西很方便，打101號公車就可以到旅店

We arrived at the hotel with positive expectations. At first glance, it is a nice place, with good rooms and a great location. Unfortunately, despite this, our experience was very disappointing, mainly due to the lack of customer service, professionalism, and consideration for guests.

No one on the staff speaks English, which made communication extremely difficult. When we arrived, we asked where the parking included in the price was, but we were given incorrect instructions. We were also not informed that the parking lot was locked and that we needed to ask the staff to open it. As a result, we had to wait for half an hour for someone to open the parking lot after a long day of driving, when all we wanted was to get to our rooms and rest.

There was also an issue when we tried to pay for our rooms: one member of our group was mistakenly charged for a room that was not theirs. This was a basic and completely avoidable mistake that showed a lack of organization and professionalism and caused us a great deal of frustration.

The following morning, we wanted to leave at a reasonable time because we had plans for the rest of the day. However, the parking lot was locked, and we were given no solution other than to wait for the issue to be fixed.

When I asked the manager for compensation due to the inconvenience and the way we had been treated, she laughed in my face and repeatedly walked away from the conversation whenever I finished speaking. I felt humiliated and extremely uncomfortable during the interaction.

Although the hotel itself is nice and the location is good, customer service and respect for guests are an essential part of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

大廳一整個都瀰漫著煙味，超級不舒服，出門跟回來都會被荼毒一次，因為我對煙味非常敏感，所以聞到都會頭暈。

整間旅館煙味非常重，磁場很亂很暈，高敏人慎入
