Cadre sympa, mais manque d'intimité
Pros:

Grande chambre toute équipée, grand lit, frigo, petit emplacement extérieur. Beau jardin avec piscine. Petit déjeuner inclus. Rien à redire sur les équipements ni le personnel.

Cons:

Je n'ai par contre pas apprécié que l'on ne me laisse pas payer le solde avec une autre carte bancaire que celle utilisée pour la réservation !
En outre, notre chambre (n°8) était près de la réception et tout le monde passait devant, ce qui n'était pas terrible du point de vue de l'intimité, d'autant plus que les ouvertures étaient de grandes baies vitrées équipées de 4 rideaux individuels ne garantissant pas une opacité totale.
Pour finir, l'hôtel prend une commission importante sur les activités qu'il propose: mieux vaut faire quelques centaines de mètres et réserver directement auprès de l'agence concernée ( Jungle Tours) en centre-ville.

Pros:

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful with lush gardens with frequent butterflies and hummingbirds. In the evening you can hear the frogs. Our room was plenty big enough and cleaned daily. We didn't get to use the pool but it is a great option to have for when the sun is out. Only a few minutes walk to the town. You can see Arenal volcano from the hotel. There is a clothes airer to dry your clothes which was of great use.

Cons:

For breakfast there are only 3 options to choose from. The beds are very high that I had to climb into it! The bathroom was small. The chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable which was a shame as it would have been nice to sit out there more. The hotel is basic but if you know that on booking, you know what to expect.

Pros:

Breakfast was ok.(3 fixed choices)
The room, the guarden with wildlife, we saw a slot on the parking.
Shower was good. There was a safe. Room had nice view to the guarden

Cons:

The pool was a little bit dated, but was ok.

Pros:

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El hotel está bastante bien en general, y el personal fue muy amable

Cons:

Quizá el que te avisen personalmente de que te multarán si limpias las botas de senderismo con las toallas de la habitación. Comprendo que es una salvajada que se le habrá ocurrido a algún huésped, pero quizá hubiera sido suficiente poner un cartel anunciándolo

Pros:

Habitación, cama muy cómoda, baño amplio. Todo muy confortable. Desde la ventana de la habitación se podía ver al volcán Arenal. Hermoso jardín lleno de plantas y aves. Todo muy cuidado.

Pros:

Easy to walk to many restaurants. Dedicated parking with security. A large room and plenty of space to get to luggage. There were 3 sloths on the property and many iguanas and other animals.

Cons:

Breakfast options are limited. We could hear our neighbors. The temperature of the room was not exactly cool and they turned off AC when you were not in your room. After sweating all day, you came back to a hot and stuffy space.

Super Lage ! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Anlage
Pros:

Das Personal war unglaublich nett und freundlich.
Mein erstes Zimmer groß, schon und vor allem ruhig.
Ich habe eine Nacht verlängert und bin daher in ein anderes Zimmer gezogen. Das war leider mitten in der Anlage und sehr hellhörig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nichts für jemand der sich gesund ernähren möchte. Ich hab mit daher nur Rührei und Früchte bestellt und mir den Rest im Supermarkt besorgt. Wer nicht auf gesunde Ernährung wird dem Frühstück happy sein
