Pros:

Отель на котором нет ничего хорошего. Абсолютно не советую!!!

Cons:

Лифт не работает, завтрак скудный, можно сказать два куска сыра и все. Даже в лестнице свет не включают, мало того что лифта нет

It was centrally located. The parking location was a little far. Staff members, especially Cem. were extremely courteous and super nice

Cons:

Showers were not working properly. Breakfast arrangement at the adjacent facility was ok. One of the waiters/servers were very arrogant.

النظافه الفندق ابدا مو نظيف والمناديل بالقطاره ! يحطون لنا واحد قصير والتنظيف جدا جدا سيء والحمام ريحته طالعه وفيه رطوبه

Location is good but be aware, Trabzon in general is a very mountainous area so be prepared with comfortable walking sho
Pros:

The room was spacious and sleeping facilities were comfortable. Relatively good location.

Cons:

Bathroom/toilet has very limited facilities, with hardly any place to keep your stuff or hang towels etc.
Bathroom- was a big Turkish bath style with an open shower and good hot water.
Toilet- no ablution water (hand shower).
Washbasin- did not have a hot water and the cold water was freezing cold, not good for sensitive teeth when having morning wash.
Room only had a kettle for boiling water to make tea, no coffee provided. Fridge was only stocked with two bottles of water.

- check-in hızlıydı

Cons:

* park çok büyük bir problem. Bunu göz önünde bulundurarak rezevasyonunuzu yapın. Aşırı işlek bir sokakta ve otele yakın bir yere parketmek neredeyse imkansız. Onların tavsiye ettiği bir otopark var ama uzak mesafede. Arabayı kaldırımın üzerine çok tehlikeli bir şekilde parkedip, bütün ailemin valizlerini ve diğer eşyalarını indirip ardından park edecek yer aramaya gittim. Bu park yeri sıkıntısını 2-3 gün boyunca yaşadım.
* kahvaltıyı yolun karşısındaki çay bahçesinde yapıyoruz. Bir tabak ve çay bardağı ile geliyor. Zengin bir yanı yok elbet ama yeterli. Küçük oğluma kahvaltı tabağı hazırlamadılar. Açıklama olarak da 'sizin tabaklardan paylaşırsınız sanmıştım' denildi. Kaldı ki benim kadar yiyen bir çocuk. Ben özellikle 'yapın' dedikten sonra hazırladılar. İkinci bardak çay isteyince surat yapıyorlar.
* Şok edici bir şey var! Tavanın tam ortasında bir yangın sensörü var. Her 5-10 saniyede bir öyle yüksek bir ışık saçıyor ki uyumak imkansız. İnsanın gözüne lazer tutuyormuşsunuz gibi. Okuyanlar abarttığımı düşünebilirler. Maalesef ki abartmıyorum. Üzerinde transparan bir koruyucu kapak var. Onu söküp ışığın olduğu noktaya bir kağıt parçası koymak zorunda kaldım ki uyuyabilelim.
* İkinci gecemizde bir grup genç 2 farklı odaya giriş yaptılar. Çok gürültü yaptılar. Durduk yere çığlık atmalar vs. Resepsiyon ile konuşmama rağmen gerekli insiyatifi alıp da gençlere uyarıda bulunmadılar. Ben kendi işimi görmek zorunda kaldım. Misafir kendini bu pozisyonda bulmamalıdır.
