Wie immer super, wir kommen wieder

Essen wie immer super. Grosse Auswahl. Der Chef ist ein Unikat und super Unterhalter. für ein Zimmer haben wir ein Upgrade erhalten - Vielen Dank dafür. Nahe am Europapark, also ideal. Preis-Leistung passt.
Haben den Tisch gegen Aufpreis dekorieren lassen (Deluxe-Variante), das sah wirklich schön und festlich aus.
Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Cons:

Wir haben als Überraschung für das Geburtstagskind einen dekorierten Tisch "bestellt". Überraschung ging leider in die Hose, weil dies beim Einchecken von der Rezeptionistin erwähnt wurde und das Geburtstagskind dann Bescheid wusste. Ich empfehle hier das Hotel vorab zu informieren, wenn es eine Überraschung sein soll.

Parfait pour aller profiter d'Europa - Park

Le séjour a été très agréable. Nous sommes arrivées en retard à cause d’un problème de train, et l’hôtel a gentiment annulé notre réservation pour le dîner. Nous avons pu commander des pizzas et du vin, et les déguster dans notre chambre.

Le personnel a été vraiment très sympathique et serviable, aussi bien à notre arrivée que le lendemain, lorsque nous avons réalisé que nous avions oublié un chargeur dans la chambre : ils l’ont immédiatement récupéré.

L’hôtel était par ailleurs très propre, et l’équipe parlait plusieurs langues, ce qui a rendu les échanges encore plus faciles.

Das Essen ist immer super. Abendessen wie Frühstück. Nahe am Europapark. Grösse der Zimmer sind ausreichend für den kurzen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen immer wieder hierher und werden es auch weiter tun.
