The staff was very friendly and gave us an upgrade to our rooms. Loved that we were able to have our rooms next to eachother.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, fabulous buffet breakfast with lots of choice. It was really perfect for an easy overnight stay visiting Europapark by train. A few minute walk from Ringsheim station and we were able to leave our bags and enjoy our day. We had a great stay.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Vriendelijk personeel en schoon
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het was schoon en de klimaatregeling was zeer prettig (we waren er tijdens de extreme hitte periode, de airconditioning werkte top).

Cons:

De kamer was aan de kleine kant voor een gezin. Het ontbijt zag er voor het oog goed uit, echter de kwaliteit was minder (veel prefab voeding, weinig ‘pure’ producten).
