The rooms have a lot of potential and they are modern.
It’s very sad that nobody take care a lot about the rooms. It was not very clean in my first room. Hairs in the shower and dirty tieles on the wall, mirror not clean, bed sheats also not clean. After reclamation they said they will change the room. I was in hurry with some family memebers so I couldn’t do directly. When I came back they said the room is cleaned I should control it. When I went up the room door was open for everyone and all my personal stuff was inside. I called reception and the lady came up. When I told her that it is unacceptable that I find my room with open door, no reaction. She wanted to give me the room on the other side, but also this one was dirty. Than she went to take the key for a room in a other floor, and I good a double bed room wich was ok, but I couldn’t lock the room because it was broken and also the door chain was broken. When I took shower like in the other room no hot water. There are some young lady’s working wich try there best and wich are very friendly, but the a bit older one was not very service orientated behaving person. That’s really sad because the hotel could be a great place. The rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable.

Paid for breakfast. When selected it mentioned continental plus local items..but there was only dosa available for breakfast..there was no sink to wash hand in the restaurant area. Not worth money
Ac didn't work
The room and bathroom was neat. No complaints at all. Location was excellent. Just walking distance to the railway station and bus stand. Also an auto stand is available throughout the night at the junction. There is also a decent bar next to the hotel in case you want a drink. It's called Thampur Bar.
The real problem was the staff and room service. I had to request a few times for even coffee to be served in the room. They also said food will not be available in the room or dining hall at lunch and dinner time. So I had to order from Swiggy! Also, the dining hall during breakfast was poor and isolated. I am guessing some renovation is going on, but Booking.com did not inform that to me before I booked the room. Food at the hotel was average quality. Was not hot, and was expensive. 4 sets of idlis / appams costed me 480 rupees! The staff also did not clean my room during the stay. They were not very approachable, and was poorly trained. Though they did have a smile on their face always. They need better training. Also, the door sensor was making a sound every time I opened the door. The alarm continues ringing unless I firmly push the door closed. Small things that make a big difference to the experience.
