Fine For a Short Visit
Pros:

We booked 3 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. Linen was okay and no stains but no blanket or duvet. The beds were really firm which was fine for us but might be an issue for those used to a softer mattress. Complete amenities including room refrigerator. Breakfast is included but basic and typical local food. Lots of available parking space for guests. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Shower had adequate pressure and hot water. Wifi signal strong enough but bandwidth struggles with many users.

Cons:

Checking in, one of the staff gave us a statement which was different from Booking.com and when questioned, they kept saying “they were only a third party”. After looking at our booking more closely, they finally agreed to the Booking.com pricing. There is an elevator available but a power outage made it unavailable for sometime. The pool was disgusting as the water was not running and being filtered so was cloudy, slimy and had scum on the surface. We didn’t bother using it.

The place is so clean, location is near the center of the city & airport and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The room doesn’t have a fridge. But to be fair there is a food/beverage container. I think fridge will be better.

A highly recommended choice for a hotel with a central location in the city.
Pros:

A simple but professionally run hotel, very clean, great amenities, and a very friendly staff.

Good service is evident when problems arise, and Sarita was superb. Our room was above the kitchen, and at the time, the ventilation was very loud, but more importantly, there was an unpleasant humming noise. The kitchen closes at 10:00 PM, which wouldn't have been a problem in itself, but it reopens at 6:00 AM. Our request to change rooms was accommodated with great effort, and I was even able to view the rooms beforehand. I hadn't expected such friendliness and understanding. As a result, we had a good and quiet night.

It has complete facilities, elevator for elderly, ramps, in house restaurant and cafe, airport shuttle. The location was really good only a few blocks away from Laoag Cathedral and the supermarkets. They served good breakfast. The staff were super accommodating and patient.

Cons:

The beds were a bit too firm for me. There was a leak in the bath sink and beds did not come with a comforter. But they provided us with extra blankets upon request.
