Lovely food, comfy bed and great staff - bit warm
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is really good as well.

Cons:

I did speak to management and they were very apologetic, but our room was nearly 30C at night - this wasn't because of a heatwave, we were next to the kitchen extraction which kicked in around 5.50am and was very noisy and right outside our window.
A fan was provided but it was inadequate, there wasn't anywhere to move us to as the hotel was fully booked. Also we were staying with our dog and he got so hot in the night I had to wet one of the hotel towels and lay it on him to cool him down.

Everything else about our room was lovely, comfy bed, great shower and lovely tea and coffee facilities.

Pleasant stay in ideal location.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was ideal for midway point in the Cotswolds.

Cons:

Room was too hot despite weather being cool. A fan was available but blowing throughout the night was not comfortable.

Cons:

Drain didn’t work in sink or shower. No fan. Had to give a lot of personal information for the WiFi and it still didn’t work very well

Pros:

L’emplacement par rapport à la ville et aux commodités de Stroud. Le personnel sympathique, surtout Charles (très compétent). Le parking pour voiture

Cons:

L’absence de climatisation par rapport aux fortes chaleurs. Présence de ventilateurs d’appoints tres poussiereux et disfonctionnant. Impossibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres de plus de 15cm en hauteur.
Chambre plaçée au dessus de la salle de réception (mariage du samedi 22/08 jusqu’à 01hoo).

Do the Stroud!
Pros:

Locality suited our day trips to the Cotswold and surrounding areas. There was no need to venture to multiple establishments for breakfast or dinner as the hotel had an exceptional restaurant menu.

Cons:

If I was to mention one item it would be that there is no air conditioning available in the room, however, not a show stopper from my perspective.

Excellent staff and location.
Pros:

Excellent location and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the location excellent to walk into town. We will definitely be returning.
