The manager Turgai was a excelent host. He help us a lot. The hotel is very pretty and good spa and pools. The room was excelent. We have a relaxtion experience.

Rett og slett alt! Allerede før vi kom ble vi kontaktet av Turgai ( manager på hotellet), som tilbydd hjelp og assistanse om det var nødvendig.
Han ønsket oss velkommen ved ankomst, og serverte oss velkoms drink.
Personale I resepsjonen var og meget hyggelige og hjelpsomme.
Hotellet er kjempe flott og fint, rent over alt.
Flere bassenger, til frokost og middag var var det mye mat, som var kjempe god.
Turgai var ikke til stedet når vi dro, men han sendte oss hilsen på WhatsApp! Denne oppfatningen fra Turgai har vi aldri opplevd i noen av hotellene som vi besøkte I alle år vi reiste til de 39 landene 👍

Turgay Olmez the manager was excellent.
He organised last minute balloon ride and gave us excellent information on places we should visit. He also put us in touch with a friend in Capadocia who organised tour and balloon ride for us when we arrived there.
The hotel also has half board for dinner and breakfast and I've got to say both meals were excellent. Buffet style.
Hotel is located outside city so it's a quite area and not so hectic.
Loved this hotel and will stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Pamukkale Kaya Termal Otel und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Schon beim Betreten unseres Zimmers waren wir begeistert: Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, großzügig und gepflegt, und der Balkon mit dem eigenen Thermalpool war ein absolutes Highlight. Nach einem Tag in Pamukkale konnten wir dort herrlich entspannen und die besondere Atmosphäre genießen.

Auch kulinarisch hat uns das Hotel überzeugt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und reichhaltig, mit einer großen Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Das Abendessen war ebenfalls hervorragend – schmackhaft, vielseitig und von sehr guter Qualität.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das außergewöhnliche persönliche Engagement des Hotelmanagers Turgai Ölmez. Er hat sich mit viel Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit um die Gäste gekümmert und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Ebenso möchten wir dem gesamten Personal danken: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.

Meine Frau und ich haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Pamukkale Kaya Termal Otel verbindet Komfort, gutes Essen und Gastfreundschaft auf hervorragende Weise. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und vergeben mit voller Überzeugung 10 von 10 booking.com-Punkte!

The hotel was close to the street market, good price for souvenirs there. Pamukkale was 8mins away to the north entrance. The hotel was comfortable with a nice pool outdoor and indoor, steam and sauna. The hotel manager Turgai Olmez was very welcoming and arranged a hot air balloon ride for us. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

Such an amazing resort. Was veary pleased with picking this hotel. Rooms are huge, hotel is new, outstanding hospitality, even better than many 5 star international chains ive been to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this beautiful city. Special thanks to Mr Turgay for his kindness, attention, care for guests and generosity. He will start taking care of you the moment you book the hotel such a wonderful man!

Our stay at the Pamukkale Kaya Thermal Spa Hotel was wonderful. The natural iron bath is incredibly relaxing, and the main pool is fantastic. Dinner exceeded my expectations, and the entire staff—especially the manager—provided exceptional customer support. Although we had a minor issue with our hot tub, the manager resolved it quickly. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

Очень комфортный отель, рядом с достопримечательностями, но в тихом месте. Прекрасно оборудованный номер с тихим кондиционером, холодильником. Три бассейна-открытый, закрытый и с термальными водами( спа). Хороший завтрак. Прекрасный персонал. Есть магазин( одежда и текстиль) с 50 процентной скидкой для проживающих. Рекомендую отель.

A big thank you to Turgay and the staff in the spar for an amazing 2 days. Excellent thermal pool, and thermal facilities. Buffet breakfast and meal was of amazing quality. Plenty of space to spread out and relax in the communal areas.. Parking was ideal and secure. Best hotel I stayed at during my trip.
