Pros:

Very clean and modern room with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Perfect location to visit Hierapolis and the travertines.

Cons:

Buffet style dinner.

Great Facilities in a Convenient Location with Excellent Pools
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the thermal facilities and the indoor pool, which were great for relaxing.

Cons:

The hotel decided to clean the outdoor thermal pool area and told us it would be reopened within an hour. However, the cleaning took much longer than expected, and we later found out that the pool was actually too hot to use after the cleaning and would need at least a full day to cool down to a comfortable temperature.

The biggest issue was the poor communication. We were initially told it would only be an hour, without being informed that the pool would remain unusable for much longer. Clearer and more accurate communication with guests would have made this experience much less frustrating.

Great experience
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, great amenities and excellent service. Highly recommend a room with a hot tub on the balcony.

Cons:

Our Canadian cards didn’t work even though they worked everywhere else before and after. The music was a bit too loud during dinner.

Cons:

Als Kaffeeliebhaber würden wir uns beim Frühstück lediglich noch über eine etwas bessere Kaffeequalität bzw. eine hochwertigere Kaffeemaschine freuen. ☕️

Отель супер. Новый. Брали завтрак и ужин всё было безупречно. На ужин напитки платные.

Имейте ввиду что в отеле нет номеров с двумя отдельными кроватями.

Cons:

Het eten: ontbijt en avondeten.
Het avondprogramma- muziek!
Weinig privacy voor kamers met balkon- bad.
Thermaal bad was niet warm.

En een uitbreiding op spa en wellness opties.

Proprietario molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha dato consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni di Pamukkale. Staff sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità. Due piscine, una interna e una esterna entrambe pulitissime, spa, sauna e piscine termali. Stanza super pulita e di dimensioni generose. Colazione e cena ottime con un buffet abbondante.

L'hôtel est récent et bien entretenu. Les espaces extérieurs sont confortables et bien pensés. Les chambres également sont spacieuses joliment pensées avec une belle vue. Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine extérieure ainsi que l'accueil et la disponibilité pour toute demande. Merci à M. TURGAY qui a toujours été disponible pour organiser nos transferts et traiter nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel

Todo. Las habitaciones son nuevas y amplias, está muy limpio, las piscinas también muy limpias y el personal muy atento.
La cena está incluida en el precio.
El tratamiento de SPA que ofrecen merece mucho la pena, el baño turco y los masajes son increíbles.

Une lune de miel parfaite grâce à un accueil personnalisé et une équipe exceptionnelle.
Pros:

Tout, du début à la fin. Nous y étions pour notre lune de miel et l'accueil a été vraiment personnalisé : Turgay, le gérant, est venu nous saluer personnellement et s'est assuré que tout se passait bien pendant tout le séjour. La chambre avait été préparée et décorée spécialement pour notre arrivée, une attention à laquelle nous ne nous attendions pas et qui nous a beaucoup touchés. La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable. Le buffet du restaurant était excellent, avec un très bon choix à chaque repas et des produits frais. Mention spéciale pour le professionnalisme de l'équipe : après notre départ, nous nous sommes rendu compte que nous avions oublié des affaires dans la chambre. Ils les ont retrouvées immédiatement et ont fait le nécessaire pour que nous puissions les récupérer, avec un suivi et une réactivité exemplaires. C'est le genre de détail qui fait la différence et qui montre le sérieux de l'établissement.

Storia e relax
Pros:

Bellissima struttura con una bella piscina esterna e un ottima spa. Le stanze sono moderne e accoglienti hanno una. Area giochi per i più piccoli ma anche giochi da tavolo. A due passi dal sito di Pamukkale e nei ritorni ci sono ristoranti e market. Ottimo il cibo e la colazione consiglio di prenotare la mezza pensione

Cons:

Ha dei punti bar sulla piscina molto utili peccato che erano chiusi per cui per un gelato o un veloce snack era necessario uscire dalla struttura e andare ad un market

Lovely good quality hotel and spa in Pamukkale, perfect to relax
Pros:

This is a not too big and very high quality standard hotel in Pamukkale. Beds and pillows are wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Because hotel is not too big, don't expect huge buffets for dinner or breakfast. There is still plenty to choose from and everything is good quality.

Cons:

The fitness centre is there, but don't expect a body building gym.

Pros:

The hotel manager was fabulous. He was friendly and welcoming and helped us to book a wine tasting and lunch on the way to Bodrum. The pool and thermal hot springs were great and a bonus to have breakfast and dinner included. Would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to work so well to cool the rooms down. It just took a long time to cool down in the evening.
