llegué en la noche súper cansado de un vuelo y quería solamente quedarme a dormir, resulta que me ubicaron en una hab en donde el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y el olor a humedad era tanto que me empezó a doler la cabeza..
El olor no se percibía en el lobby pero a medida que subía el olor era peor, en medio del cansancio le pedí a la recepcionista que me cambiara de hab… lo hizo me cambió de torre el olor era menos pero el aire acondicionado aún no funcionaba… creo que para ser un hotel 5 estrellas las instalaciones no son tan buenas! Creo que mi experiencia fue una de las peores que tuve! Cómo les dije; me quedaba solo q dormir y nunca lo hice gustosamente ! Creo que nunca me

El desayuno me pareció increiblemente bueno y completo, también me encantó el area de la pileta y su atención, en general superó mis espectactivas y volveria.

Sehr gute Wahl für winw Kurzaufenthalt und Sightseeing in Panama City. Bietet alles was es braucht. Insbesondere der Kiosk für die Verpflegung zwischendurch, habe ich sehr geschätzt. Ausgezeichnetes und grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal.

La atención del personal de los restaurantes

Cons:

La única experiencia mala fue que la segunda noche de alojamiento no nos dejaron toallas de cuerpo , la solicité en recepción y no fue efectiva, tuve que llamar dos veces para esto , se demoraron mucho en traerlas y nos tuvimos que secar con una toalla de manos . Algunos del personal de recepción poco amables pero en general fueron cordiales
