Tolles Hotel. Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber und von der Größe ausreichend. Beim Frühstück gab es von allem was und es wurde immer direkt nachgelegt. Auch die Massage war toll. Etwas teurer als direkt an der Straße aber dafür auch ein sehr schönes Ambiente.
Besonders betonen muss man die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit der Angestellten!

Прекрасный отель, ресторан и локация
Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля. Прямо в центре у озера и черепашьей башни. На последнем этаже руффбар и ресторан на предпоследнем. У ресторана очень хорошие оценки из расположенных рядом. Очень приветливый персонал. Всё было комфортно. Отель смело рекомендую.

Location is excellent and the stuff were very friendly. The rooftop bar is very nice.

Cons:

We booked the family room with window. The window is facing a high wall and it is ground floor- so no view and also no natural light (which was the purpose of booking a room with a window). It is located near the lobby and the hotel's guest restroom- not pleasant and some noise in the morning coming from the lobby and stuff walking around.
We asked to move to the family room with the balcony on the 4th floor, which became available after 2 nights. This room had more light and felt less crowded. However, there is a lot of noise from the street and the water pressure was not ideal.

Posizione ottima, staff super disponibile, camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Ci è stato fatto l'upgrade gratuito della camera, abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Cons:

Ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più dalla colazione. Il phon in camera potrebbe essere migliorato.

A central hotel in the old quarter; highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.
Pros:

Location was great. 2 minutes to the lake! Staff were warm and very friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were exquisite and plentiful. Shout out to Than on the8th floor.

Cons:

We have no complaints.
