Great quality hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location in the Old quarter of Hanoi.
The room was of a very high quality, the towels and bedding were of a high standard, far better than most of the hotels we used in Vietnam.
The staff are very friendly and efficient, the food was also top class. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, a afternoon tea was also provided free of charge which was great.
We will stay here again when we return to Hanoi and cannot recommend Le Premier hotel highly enough.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Premier. The location was excellent and the accomodations were very comfortable. The customer service was wonderful. The concierge contacted us prior to our visit and helped us arrange for airport transfers, tours and even our trip to Ha Long Bay.
