Love this hotel and will definitely come back again.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was convenient for exploring Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. We also appreciated the warm hospitality and the effort made to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathtub, which was not very convenient to use as a shower.

Thoroughly recommend
Pros:

Firstly the location is amazing. Right in the heart of the old quarter but also quieter. The breakfast spread was one of the best on our trip. But what made this place was the staff - they were all so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They allowed us to store some cases when we went to Halong Bay for 1 night. I would thoroughly recommend and would stay here if/when we return to Hanoi.

Perfect location, amazing staff and the rooftop bar overlooks the lake!!

The location was right in the old quarter. Perfect for walking distances to hit up any spots!

Cons:

Nothing at all. The staff was amazing including Felix who helped us check in and check out.

Great accommodation, friendly staff, amazing food - we would highly recommend.
Pros:

Very clean, great location, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. They allowed us to leave a small bag whilst we visited other places in Vietnam. We arranged to stay here again on our return visit to Hanoi.

Fabelhafter Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service
Pros:

Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Sie haben all unsere Wünsche erfüllt und uns den Aufenthalt sehr sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist fabelhaft und das Frühstück wirklich exzellent! Auch die Massagen waren einfach so erholsam!
