צוות מעולה!! הגענו ללילה לפני מבחן והם "גילו" את זה במקרה...פינקו בשוקולד ואגוזים לחדר. בארוחת הבוקר כל הזמן בדקו אם הכל בסדר אם אנחנו רוצים שיארזו לנו משהו למבחן... באמת מעל ומעבר!! מדהים.

Pros:

The staff were all very nice and welcoming and helpful!
I stayed alone for 1 night before a very important examination - they upgraded my reservation to include dinner and breakfast (delicious!) as well as left a personal note in my room wishing me good luck along with some treats - all of it without me asking.
The room was tidy, well equipped, quiet and the mattress was unbelievably comfortable.
I really did not expect that treat, but it was, honestly, among the best experiences I've had in hotels so far.

Улучшили номер при заселении. Идеально чисто и приветствннная бутылка вина очень к стати. Хороший климат, очень комфортный. Постель удобная и выбор подушек порадовал. В номере чай и кофе - все супер!

Cons:

Такого нет. Дороговато, но по Израилю - норм.
