Prior to booking this accommodation, I read reviews from other guests mentioning cockroaches and bathroom cleanliness, so I already knew what to expect, especially since this was a last-minute, budget booking.

That said, I still wasn't expecting to see so many small cockroaches crawling on the walls, bed, and headboard of the dormitory room I stayed in. However, I had already read the reviews before booking, so I knew this was a possibility. What mattered most to me was simply having a place to sleep during a short trip without spending too much.

I'm not sure about the other rooms, but the room I was assigned to was quite cold for my liking. I was too shy to turn up the AC temperature since the others might have preferred it that way, so I just endured the cold. The blanket provided was also very thin, so if you get cold easily, you might want to bring or buy a thicker one.

If you're planning to book a dormitory room, just be aware that you may end up sharing the room with people who snore/talk loudly, move around a lot in their sleep, or close the door loudly.

As for the bathroom, I personally wasn't too bothered by its condition. I'm not easily grossed out by these things. What mattered to me was having a hot shower, a working bidet, and a toilet that flushes properly. I could overlook the rest, especially considering the price.

Regarding the Wi-Fi, I didn't ask if there was a separate network for the dormitory rooms. The Wi-Fi I connected to was the lobby's, and while it worked fine when I was nearby, the signal was weak in the room. When you're away from the lobby, the connection can be quite spotty. My phone signal wasn't strong enough either, so my mobile data wasn't very reliable.

i booked a reservation when i was booking it says pay at the hotel so i didn't pay online when i got there they said that they were fully booked. why do you have to make a booking online when they wont accommodate you.

I don't know why I ended up here, maybe because they changed their name in booking.com, but I really hated this place before. It's not pleasant and peaceful, people are snoring, playing something in the phone, and because the walls has gap at the ceiling, the people's noise outside is being heard in the room. The bathroom is also dirty and smelly. Overall this is not a good stay. Don't be fooled with their cheap price coz it speaks why.

Cockroaches and insects, I don't understand why they don't buy some insecticide to kill them all. Another problem is that there is no hot water in the shower. Another problem is that they don't have anything in the kitchen only a table and chairs, no kitchen ware no plates no stove no fridge

Instead of your staff is the one assisting the customer like attending and accompany them in the room assigned to them they let the customer do ot, they also let the customer bring their own towel in their room.

The staff are unprofessional and don't even provide basic water, let alone tea or coffee. The location is inconvenient too, with no places to eat nearby and the LRT/MRT station being a long distance away

No internet in the room , No working TV , Room with some small cockroach and bed not clean,there's no good lightning ,telephone is not working also...the good thing only there is a breakfast included worth 99 pesos only but if you want other breakfast you need to pay it.
