人材不足、教育不足が目立ちました。もう昔のホテルマンを求めるのは難しいのでしょうね。フロントは大学生のアルバイトくらいのレベルでした。何を聞いてもわからない。隣の方はもっと酷い対応でした。宴会のお客様で駐車券をもらうのに、フロントは何階の宴会か？と尋ね。〇〇家の結婚式と言われていたのに、それに対して〇〇家と言われてもこちらは把握してません。と…ひどすぎる。ホテルのフロントが把握していないと堂々と言ってはいけないし、それなら、把握していないなら、聞くなよ。聞いたって把握していないなら、どうせわからないのに。ただの意地悪ですね。

非常棒，感謝飯店工作人員的安排給我們做13樓面對神戶塔每天晚上非常的漂亮

早餐吃兩三天還OK！但如果連續住10天9晚的我後面幾天都不知道要吃什麼？因為每天菜色都一樣。😆
