Kleines Hotel mit Retro-Charme und persönlicher Note.
Obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte, habe ich ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer, sogar mit Balkon, bekommen.
Das solide Frühstück wird in einem hübschen, mit dunklem Holz verkleideten Raum angeboten. Ein toller Service ist, dass man auf Wunsch frische Eierspeisen erhält.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Passt nicht zur Kategorie "nicht gefallen" und mich hat es auch nicht gestört, aber es mag für manche eine wichtige Information sein, dass es nur eine Badewanne mit entsprechend hohem Einstieg gibt, keine Duschkabine.

Beim Frühstück mit Radio beschallt zu werden, ist meine Sache nicht. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Ordentliches Hotel in hervorragender Lage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Die letzte Renovierung der Zimmer liegt zwar nach dem optischen Eindruck schon einige Jahre zurück, aber die Einrichtung ist sehr gut in Schuss und unterhalten, sodass hier in puncto Bequemlichkeit und Annehmlichkeit keinerlei Abtstriche gemacht werden müssen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das reichhaltig ist und von der Frühstücksdame professionell und in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre betreut wird. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schlossparks in Schwetzingen ist kaum besser zu haben; die Straße ist nachts nicht sehr befahren, und stört daher nicht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist leider nur zu bestimmten Zeiten geöffnet, sodass man nach dem Theaterbesuch kein Glas Wein mehr im Hotel bekam. Sehr schade. Betten und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat kleinere Mängel.
