מיקום קצת רחוק והדרך די צרה ומשובשת, וללא תאורה, ובלילה קשה להגיע, אפילו התבלבלנו בחזרה למקום.

Pros:

La tranquilidad de la zona y las vistas desde la habitación, tener piscina y las habitaciones son espaciosas. La atención del personal, muy amable.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas hay detalles que se podrían mejorar, por ejemplo en el pasillo había baldosas sueltas, en la piscina alguna piedra del borde estaba suelta que podía caer adentro y algún cristal que separa con el exterior no estaba del todo seguro.

Séjour agréable si vous êtes de passage dans la région mais peu mieux faire.
Pros:

- Une très belle vue sur les vignobles (mais attention on ne voit pas le fleuve du Douro de l’hôtel)
- Accueil courtois et serviable
- Locaux plutôt propre
- Bon petit-déjeuner

Cons:

- Le prix est un peu élevé pour le séjour (chambre, restaurant etc.)
- Le restaurant est à éviter si possible (vraiment très cher par rapport à la quantité servie)
- Piscine non chauffée et petite (dommage car la brise en hauteur est assez fraîche, surtout en fin de journée)
- Entretien moyen : serviette trouée, le clapet demi la baignoire ne fermait pas (impossible de prendre un bain)

Very friendly staff, located in Douro with stunning views. Very spacious room and they were happy to welcome us with our small dog. Very delicious wine from the wineyard around. Dinner options on the property if you don't feel like driving to the nearest town.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit outdated and could use an update.

Duche deve ser revisto porque deixa o chão inundado. Os interruptores da luz são uma confusão para acender a luz dos candeeiros e do wc. A pisicina é mais pequena do que aparentam as fotos.
