Good location in my favourite area in Seoul. Lots of space and communal options. The bathroom was great.
The room amenities were lacking. I know it was a simple accommodation but I couldn't even open my curtains as there was nothing else and my room was completely overlooked by other rooms so no chance as everyone can see me in my room. The window is huge so I had no choice to keep it covered. Full length mirror would have been preferable. And simple cutlery ideally. No hand soap for the sink so had to use the body wash provided and transfer between rooms each time I had to use.
We stayed in the suite - it was spacious and modern but lacked proper storage and we encountered some plumbing issues that took too long to fix. The hotel itself has some nice facilities - big common areas, 24 hour gym, laundry facilities and nice cafes, restaurants and shops within the same building and on the same street. The location was quiet but a short walk from buzzier parts of Mapo.
Our toilet became blocked on our second morning and no one was available to come fix it until the following afternoon, so on our second night we had to use the toilets in the public areas of the hotel. The room itself wasn't the cleanest - the bathroom walls had some soap stains and hand marks on the walls. There were only two mugs provided and no other plates, cutlery, or glasses, despite there being a kitchenette area in the suite. The suite certainly had space for clothing and luggage racks, yet there were none so we had to awkwardly hang things off the shelving and chair backs. Given there's no housekeeping for stays under 5 nights (we stayed 3), some cleaning basics like a kitchen sponge, dish liquid, spray and wipe, a dust pan, extra rubbish bags would have been useful in keeping the space a bit more comfortable. The luggage storage is an open room with no way to lock up bags securely and appears to be open to anyone passing through the main common area of the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.
This place exceeded my expectations by far! It is in a very quiet street next to very lively Hongdae. The breakfast, freshly prepared on a plate is delicious and nutritious.
The room (double one) is giant, with a great view on Seoul local buildings (we see the sky and many of them from far away) and it is spotless clean. I also loved that this is located in a building that hosts startups because it has the “London Shoreditch” vibe I love so much too!
I have loved this place so much that I decided to come back the following week on my way back to Seoul.
Last but not least - it was my fist time in Kirea as a solo female traveler. This place is very safe, the streets around are safe - I had a fantastic experience!

そこまで綺麗ではなかったですが、寝るだけだったので許容範囲かなと。
お風呂＆トイレはかなり狭いです。
La posizione assolutamente comoda e vicina al quartiere di Hongdae e alla fermata della metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi. È rifornita di acqua e in ogni piano si trova il distributore automatico. C'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina e la lavanderia a pagamento.
Talvolta non trovavamo gli asciugamani che andavano a ruba.
