Nice staff and I like the kitchen downstairs so you can eat without making your room smelly
Towels are not always available so be mindful not to use up all towels otherwise you may not have towels to use if you stay for several nights
Most of the staff were very nice, though not always helpful. The room was much more spacious than I expected, the facilities were nice, and the location was good.
My room was not properly cleaned before my stay.
When I arrived, there was waste inside the toilet, which the staff did take care of. However, it seems the cleaning staff did not clean, or even open, the toilet between guests.
The same seemed to be true for the room more generally: at first I thought the floor was stained, but after my room was cleaned upon request, I realized it had simply been dirty. Overall, it seemed the room had not been properly cleaned between guests.
Also, while the door to my room did close and lock, it did not fully seal. There was some damage at the top and a small gap even after closing it, which I felt made hallway noise more noticeable.

It’s on a nice quiet street lots of great small cafes and coffee shops. Great LP bar across the road called 20th century, it’s open in the evenings. Room was just what I needed and nice vibe at the hotel and good price.
It’s a bit of a walk to the mtr and main parts of Hongdae if that’s what you want.

金浦空港に近い。
駅から徒歩10分ほどあります。
でも、望遠、合井、引大３つの駅まで歩けるのは便利です。
Really nice facilities, common area, gym, and comfy+spacious room. Also an elevator directly to rooms from the outside so you can skip the lounge area (and interacting with people if you don’t want to). Local area is removed from commercial center (and thus has its own charm), while still being very close to train lines.
No hand soap at the sink…
The location is so peaceful, the spaces are big and bright. The room and shower is amazing, good location a bit away from the main Hongdae street
There is nothing to not like
Very close to the Hongik university station (so pretty easy to get to and from the airport ), it's closed to the busy Hongdae area without being too noisy.
A lot of supermarkets, konbinis, restaurants are accessible nearby and the major subway station is just a few blocks away.
I really liked that there are a spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook, the 24h gym and the laundry machines.
The noise-isolation is very bad. I could hear the people in the next room using the bathroom (and I'm not just talking about flushing) and I'm afraid the opposite is true as well.
