Hôtel bien équipé mais chambre familiale miniscule
Pros:

La propreté des chambres et leur équipement (machine à laver et sdb top)

Cons:

Le fait de devoir descendre les poubelles
La chambre ne faisait pas 28m2 comme écrit - une fois le canapé déplié il n’y avait plus de place du tout
Les notices dans le book Check-in ne correspondaient pas aux appareils en place.
Pas de passage pour le menage pendant le séjour

La ubicación, a dos min del metro Higashiyama. La habitación, amplia y cómoda, las camas muy bien, tenía una pequeña cocina y una lavadora, aunque secar la ropa fue difícil.

Cons:

El único punto negativo que tengo es que en conversaciones previas a través de Booking me confirmaron que se podían encargar de recibir-enviar mi equipaje por takkyubin y a la hora de la verdad me dijeron que no. Afortunadamente hay un Family Mart a cinco minutos que se encargar de dar el servicio.

Pros:

Très bien placé dans un quartier calme et proche des commerces et des transports.
L'enregistrement et l'accès sont simples. Le personnel est réactif.
Les couchages sont confortables.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 104 dite "de luxe" et nous avons été déçus.
La chambre n'était pas très adaptée pour 4 personnes. Il y avait peu de place pour circuler et poser les bagages, aucun rangement et une seule chaise pour 4.
La chambre aurait besoin d'un bon coup de neuf. La moquette, le canapé et le surmatelas étaient tachés. Une étagère à l'intérieur du frigo était cassée.
La fenêtre donne sur un mur qui est à portée de main.
