Pros:

The overall vibe of the house and the landlord was incredibly welcoming, very friendly and warm from the start. The house was clean and well-kept, with genuinely positive energy throughout. The landlord was the sweetest: shared a list of things to do in Seville, checked in with me multiple times, and was a very kind and thoughtful person. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Un sitio estupendo
Pros:

Todo genial. El piso en sí es acogedor, la anfitriona es encantadora, la habitación comodísima, súper limpia y la situación es estupenda. Previamente a la llegada, Alba te manda información de sitios cercanos donde comer o que visitar y algunas recomendaciones. Es muy difícil hacer mejor las cosas.

Cons:

Que da igual la hora a la que pongas la alarma. Sí o sí te vas a despertar a las 08:00 de la mañana. Pared con pared está la habitación de unos vecinos especialmente ruidosos a la hora de levantar a su hijo pequeño para ir al colegio. Pero de eso no tiene la culpa Alba, y lo cierto es que pasados unos minutos vuelve el silencio. Te vuelves a dormir y listo.

Penso che sono sempre solo in struttura ma mi da fastidio che c’è una donna era rimasta in mezzo per dormire senza permesso, non va bene… mi dispiace

Pros:

I had a good stay at Alba's place. It is within walking distance of most places in the city. Lots of good food options nearby at Alameda. Various grocery stores are close by, including one on the same block. The room had an AC unit, which helped a lot with the heat. The apartment layout allows for privacy, the room locks with the key, and the bathroom is just next to it.

Cons:

The window is facing the space where the windows of other apartments and the staircase are. Not a big deal, but you would want to keep the blinds mostly closed all the time, and you will hear a lot - people cooking, kids playing, snoring, etc.

The shower drain wasn't working that great. Hopefully, that can be fixed.
