Very much enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room (superior double room) was spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom with both walk-in shower and bath. Very much enjoyed our dinner at the on site Fern restaurant.

Cons:

Difficult to find fault. A night light in the bathroom would be a bonus (for those of us who need to visit the loo at night!)

Great location, nice hotel.
Pros:

Location. Right in the heart of the town and close to bars, restaurants and shops.
Nice lounge/restaurant area and a lovely outside seating area.
We didn't eat there but it looked to be a good menu and the breakfast was excellent.Staff very pleasant and helpful and everywhere spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Good sized room but a bit tired and In need of a bit of TLC.It was a very hot day when we arrived and the room was so hot we had to go straight out. It would have been helpful if the window had been opened and the fan switched on earlier to cool a bit before our arrival.The bathroom was functional but very outdated and tired.
Only stairs, no lift to the first floor.

Good location, parking at rear of hotel. Good price. Staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast service was poor. Waited over 30 minutes for a breakfast order and had to cancel due to onward journey. Service was slow and disorganised.
