Pros:

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is already familiar with downtown KL and is looking for a relaxed and pleasant stay. A special shoutout to Jabie, Wee Wee, Ezzan and their team, who really made our stay memorable and enjoyable. In particular, Jabie’s amazing energy and tactful way of handling everything, however small, made our stay exceed all expectations. Also the security guard at the entrance door is very special, always with a kind smile on his face, always happy to help even if it doesn't make part of his duties.

Not happy with the service rendered.
Pros:

Did not like the breakfast provided & the room Aircon heating was not working. I called reception on multiple time to get someone to fix the heating problem, the technician came could not fixed it & nothing was done the following day to get it fixed.
