They exceeded all our expectations, amazing staff and delicious food

Our stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club Marrakech was absolutely amazing! Beautiful resort, spotless rooms, delicious food, incredibly friendly staff (10 out of 10 points), and an incredible water park for all ages. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely come back in the summer!

A family paradise with endless pools, great food, and lot of fun. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Amazing hotel with plenty of facilities. Kids' program, huge restaurant with plenty of food options and space. Bars spread throughout the hotel. A lot of swimming pools and slides. Perfect place for a family holiday. We truly recommend it!

La gentillesse du personnel de chambre et cuisine.

Hotel en travaux donc bruyant et dangereux (mon fils a glissé dans de la terre sous les toboggans et s est ouvert le genoux).2 restaurants sur 3 fermés non indiqué. Service avec gobelet en plastique au bar car manager ne veut pas sortir la vaisselle car manque de personnel. Donc des centaines de gobelets jetés chaque jour en plus des bouteilles en plastiques car eau non potable. C est dommage car l etablissement a un potentiel enorme mais il n est pas pret a monter en gamme comme voulu par la direction. Cependant le personnel est charmant, heureusement qu ils sont là pour nous aider quàd on a un probleme car la direction est inexistante. La clientele est bruyante, nous nous attendions à un autre standing proche du RIU mais nous n y sommes pas. Je suis décue

Un séjour au top grâce à l'équipe
Pros:

Pour un séjour rapide en famille, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par ce resort. D'abord l'accueil du personnel : très chaleureux et compréhensif. A tout les instants ils font leur maximum, le tout dans une ambiance presque familiale. Ce qui n'est pas évident dans un si grand hôtel. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et confortables. Le seul hic c'est l'isolation sonore. C'est vraiment le seul bémol : les clients bruyants circulant dans les couloirs sont trop perceptibles.
Les animations sont sympa, beaux équipements en général: aqua park au top et bien entretenu, piscine nickel, salle de sport, spa, bars, et le restaurant est le vrai plus de cet hôtel. Vous y mangerez des plats du monde entier (asiatiques, européens, indiens, et surtout typiquement marocains avec un choix vraiment étonnant: j'ai compté 8 plats de tajines minimum tous les midi et soirs. Je recommande la pastilla de poulet. Une merveille. Bref, un séjour trop court qui nous a enchanté assurément ; nous reviendrons (quand le terrain de basket neuf sera achevé 😉 )

Bien mais très bruyant et loin du centre ville
Pros:

Grand espace aquatique pour les enfants enfants.

Cons:

Très bruyant. Trop de musique, trop forte, toute la journée jusqu’au dîner.
J’ai oublié qqch dans ma chambre. L’hôtel ne veut pas me le renvoyer…
