Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Les lits étaient très confortables, les chambres impeccablement propres et les repas délicieux, variés et bien diversifiés. Un grand coup de cœur pour le personnel d’entretien des chambres ainsi que pour toute l’équipe du restaurant, qui s’est montrée chaleureuse, attentionnée et professionnelle. Cons:

Le seul point négatif serait l’absence d’une piscine suffisamment profonde pour les personnes qui souhaitent nager et faire des longueurs.

Pros:

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er zijn voldoende glijbanen bij het zwembad.

Cons:

Het centrum van Marrakech ligt ver weg. Een auto of taxi is vereist.

Foi agradável mas não deu vontade de regressar.
Pros:

A comida era muito boa e variada. Os funcionários no geral eram simpáticos. Os espaços estavam sempre a ser limpos. No geral foi agradável.

Cons:

As bebidas incluídas não eram boas, e raramente estavam frescas. Pedir uma cerveja é para esquecer. Os escorregas apesar de serem bastantes, há muitos que nunca abrem. A animação tinha sempre a música muito alta, quer durante o dia quer ao jantar, mesmo estando noutra piscina ouvia-se muito a música e ao jantar era difícil conversar. A água das piscinas está demasiado fria, mesmo com o calor que estava torna-se difícil entrar e permanecer na água.

There was nothing that I genuinely liked about this all inclusive everything was either just bad or tolerable

My stay at Pickalbatros was disappointing to a level I would have never expected. I paid £1900 for 5 days through Booking, only to be hit with several additional fees when we arrived at the hotel.
The food was below average, repetitive and bland. The staff also seemed much more willing to help when they were tipped, which was very disappointing.
The hotel claims to have 14 pools, but in reality, they count things such as the ends of slides as separate pools. The waterpark is also open to people who aren’t staying at the hotel, which made it feel much busier than expected and honestly made us feel out of place as if we where the outsiders.When we first entered our room, there was a strong smell of sewage and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. There were even ants eating crumbs off the floor. The beds were also not what we expected for the price we paid .There was one large bed, one normal-sized bed and a cheap, hard, foldable bed.Around the third night, we then had a mosquito infestation, meaning my family and I had to move rooms at around 4 in the morning. The staff were of very little help during the situation, which made an already frustrating experience even worse.Overall, our stay at Pickalbatros was a huge disappointment and, in my opinion, was nowhere near worth the price we paid. Based on our experience, I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.
