Everything
Housekeeping was excellent, entertainment was amazing especially Hakim, photographers were great, bar and dining staff top of the top. Receptionists Fabulous.
We absolutely loved our 10 day extended stay.

Специални благодарности на Hafsa, която ни предложи да се настаним по-рано в хотела, без да чакаме официалния час за настаняване. Благодарение на това успяхме още от първия ден да се възползваме от обяда, басейните и всички удобства, които хотелът предлага.
Храната беше разнообразна, вкусна и винаги прясно приготвена. Навсякъде беше чисто и добре поддържано. Хотелът разполага с много и различни водни пързалки, подходящи за всички възрасти, което направи престоя ни още по-приятен.
Останахме изключително доволни и със сигурност бихме посетили хотела отново.

We hebben vier mooie gezellige dagen gehad. De kamers waren schoon en mooie locatie. De zwembaden en het eten waren super.

Cons:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen hebben wij ons erg gestoord aan een aantal poolboy's en animatiemannen. Ze waren behoorlijk opdringerig (zeker naar mijn dochter toe) Wat uiteindelijk heel irritant was als je daar komt om te chillen.
