Since the hotel is listed by Booking among the options for Termez it should be made clearer how difficult it actually is to access this area, with passport control and security check every time one goes in and out, and sometimes even queues. Alltogether, one has to count 40 min to get to the city centre (5 min from the hotel to the gate, 5-15 min border control; 20-25 taxi), and roughly 4-6$ for the taxi.
Furthermore, hot water was unavailable for half of our stay (and we were notified in a rather rude manner, with a guy nsistently knocking at the door to hand us a paper...). No working atm inside, and the so-called complimentary laundry is one single washing machine for the whole building, with detergent not included.

Noisy aircon in the room that never gets colder than 26 C, limited food selection in the restaurant with only one vegetarian option, no parking near the hotel, you must park at the mall‘s parking.

Malheureusement beaucoup de choses: pour commencer,la situation dans la « free zone ». Un cauchemar de contrôles à chaque passage, passeport, caméra, scann du sac, questions . Compter une demie heure aller, une autre retour - je suis resté six nuits dans cet hôtel, impossible de garder une trace de mes passages d’avoir une attestation de client, rien. Ensuite, en taxi, compter une demie heure aller, une retour pour rejoindre la ville de Termez -. Donc, deux heures de perdues par jour si on veut visiter la ville. J’ai donc, par force, du dîner tous les soirs à l’hôtel. L’idée même de ressortir n’était pas envisageable … Il y a deux autres restaurants aux alentours immédiats, d’une tristesse absolue. Contrairement à ce qu’on peut lire sur internet, pas une goutte d’alcool dans l’hôtel. Pas forcément un problème central mais il faut le savoir. Le wifi est aussi très hésitant et il faut le renouveler chaque jour, la douche bien irrégulière, parfois pas de pression, parfois pas d’eau chaude. Aucun bancomat ne fonctionne dans cette zone pour les cartes étrangères, débit ou crédit, pas plus qu’à l’hôtel… Aucun problème ailleurs. Encore faut il y aller !

Главный спорный момент - это, конечно, локация. Отель находится не в самом Термезе, а примерно в 15–20 минутах езды от города. Для кого-то это может быть минусом, особенно если все дела сосредоточены в центре.

Но здесь важно быть честным: это не недостаток отеля как такового, а вопрос компромисса. За ту цену, которую просят здесь, в самом Термезе найти что-то сопоставимое по уровню будет крайне сложно. Поэтому нужно просто понимать формат: либо ближе к центру и заметно слабее уровень, либо немного дальше, но уже совсем другой класс размещения.

Этот отель - не просто «переночевать». Это редкий случай для региона, когда за разумные деньги получаешь действительно качественный международный уровень сервиса.

Даже если ваша цель - сам Термез, на мой взгляд, этот вариант стоит дополнительных 15–20 минут дороги. Это другой уровень комфорта и совершенно другой опыт проживания
