Okay, but some downsides
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, good shower, good WiFi, free washing machine and dryer (bring your own detergent).

Cons:

Noisy aircon in the room that never gets colder than 26 C, limited food selection in the restaurant with only one vegetarian option, no parking near the hotel, you must park at the mall‘s parking.

La gentillesse, la disponibilité du personnel - un immense merci à Parvina pour son accueil, son calme, son sourire, son anglais ! -. La qualité de la cuisine, du petit déjeuner. La propreté impeccable de la chambre, la literie, le comfort. Un impeccable service de blanchisserie. Aussi la proximité des magasins afghans, très intéressants et surprenants pour un touriste.

Cons:

Malheureusement beaucoup de choses: pour commencer,la situation dans la « free zone ». Un cauchemar de contrôles à chaque passage, passeport, caméra, scann du sac, questions . Compter une demie heure aller, une autre retour - je suis resté six nuits dans cet hôtel, impossible de garder une trace de mes passages d’avoir une attestation de client, rien. Ensuite, en taxi, compter une demie heure aller, une retour pour rejoindre la ville de Termez -. Donc, deux heures de perdues par jour si on veut visiter la ville. J’ai donc, par force, du dîner tous les soirs à l’hôtel. L’idée même de ressortir n’était pas envisageable … Il y a deux autres restaurants aux alentours immédiats, d’une tristesse absolue. Contrairement à ce qu’on peut lire sur internet, pas une goutte d’alcool dans l’hôtel. Pas forcément un problème central mais il faut le savoir. Le wifi est aussi très hésitant et il faut le renouveler chaque jour, la douche bien irrégulière, parfois pas de pression, parfois pas d’eau chaude. Aucun bancomat ne fonctionne dans cette zone pour les cartes étrangères, débit ou crédit, pas plus qu’à l’hôtel… Aucun problème ailleurs. Encore faut il y aller !

Отличный опыт проживания
Pros:

. Этот отель - хороший пример того, когда международный гостиничный стандарт неожиданно оказывается доступным по очень демократичной цене. Это всё-таки Hilton, и уровень чувствуется практически во всём, но при этом стоимость проживания для такого качества приятно удивляет.

Номера просторные, светлые, современные, с действительно комфортной постелью - после долгой дороги это особенно ощущается. Атмосфера спокойная, всё выглядит новым и аккуратным.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Сотрудница Назира произвела очень профессиональное впечатление - вежливая, внимательная, отлично ориентируется в своей работе и действительно старается помочь гостям. Именно такие сотрудники формируют ощущение уровня отеля.

Очень сильная сторона - завтрак. Большой ассортимент, всё свежее и вкусное. Порадовало, что помимо шведского стола можно заказать отдельные блюда - я взял омлет с сыром, и повар приготовил его действительно отлично.

Если говорить откровенно, в Ташкенте аналогичный уровень проживания, сервиса и завтрака стоил бы минимум в два раза дороже, а возможно и больше.

Отдельный плюс - необычная атмосфера самой локации. Отель расположен в Свободной экономической зоне Айритом, рядом с границей Афганистана. Вокруг много афганских гостей и предпринимателей, рядом международный рынок, где можно найти афганские товары. Это создаёт совершенно другой опыт пребывания, не похожий на типичный городской отель.

Cons:

Главный спорный момент - это, конечно, локация. Отель находится не в самом Термезе, а примерно в 15–20 минутах езды от города. Для кого-то это может быть минусом, особенно если все дела сосредоточены в центре.

Но здесь важно быть честным: это не недостаток отеля как такового, а вопрос компромисса. За ту цену, которую просят здесь, в самом Термезе найти что-то сопоставимое по уровню будет крайне сложно. Поэтому нужно просто понимать формат: либо ближе к центру и заметно слабее уровень, либо немного дальше, но уже совсем другой класс размещения.

Этот отель - не просто «переночевать». Это редкий случай для региона, когда за разумные деньги получаешь действительно качественный международный уровень сервиса.

Даже если ваша цель - сам Термез, на мой взгляд, этот вариант стоит дополнительных 15–20 минут дороги. Это другой уровень комфорта и совершенно другой опыт проживания

amazed by the quality and service, loved the restaurant with open view. The receptionist, don't remember the girl's name was wonderful, she was so nice and helpful. I would love to return again in this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the free trade zone
Pros:

New and very comfortable hotel, friendly staff

Cons:

Not really a big issue but to get to the hotel one has to pass through high security comparable to a border control because it is located inside the free trade zone. Maybe we didn't read it during booking but that for sure was a surprise and also took some time to find the entrance and get through security. This easily took 20 minutes or more. Not a critique at the hotel itself, though, but something to be aware of.
