Pros:

What we liked about the hotel was its great location and the excellent reception service. When an unpleasant smell appeared in our room, the reception team arranged to change our room that same evening to a larger room with a wonderful view. They also quickly arranged a taxi and driver for us to visit the waterfalls the next morning. Everything was organized very efficiently, the price was excellent, and the driver was very friendly and professional his name mamuka We truly appreciated their helpfulness and quick response.

Cons:

the breakfast was poor, with the same items repeated daily and in small quantities. On one day, milk was not available. There was also no list of the available items, and when one existed, the writing was unclear. There was also a problem with room cleanliness, especially the bathroom, in addition to delays in cleaning the rooms. The location of the swimming pool is also inconvenient because it is situated between several hotels, and leaving the hotel requires a short walk.

There was also a lack of some basic amenities, such as cups in the bathroom, a shower cap, and sufficient storage space for clothes, as there was no proper wardrobe.

The wifi bad,room full of mosquitoes,reception staff all uninterested in their work except Niko,breakfast set up very bad ,it was in the lobby ,absolutely zero value for money

Pros:

The rooms are fresh, personnel is helpful and friendly. Aircon works very good.

Cons:

There is a night club right inside the hotel building! The noise from the music at night is heard in the room: boom-boom-boom. Music is nice😂 but at 1-2 am I really want to sleep.

Pros:

Очень понравилось! Персонал старается, чтобы всё для гостей было удобно. Спасибо Дато, что принял, помог и принёс ребёнку кроватку. Спасибо Зула из ресторана — он быстро и хорошо делает свою работу, всё успевает. И спасибо Ани — она знает всё о работе и быстро отвечает на вопросы.
Ещё очень понравился завтрак — вкусный и разнообразный.

Cons:

Из небольших минусов: дверь в душевой не закрывалась, а входная дверь в номер была очень тяжёлой. Бассейн находится далеко от гостиницы, что не совсем удобно.
