Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is centrally located on the way up to Inverness without the hassle of tourists further north.

Location on the Lakeside, the outside of the hotel, Nice people

Cons:

It’s old, shower takes ages to get warm, no drying facilities for wet shoes en clothes. A la carte breakfast on the first morning was good but the self service buffet breakfast was bad.

Nice but could be better. Quiet village no amenities.

Clean room and friendly staff. Parking on site.

Cons:

The bathroom was basic. The windows didn’t open in the room and steamed up so no view to the loch in the morning. Breakfast was limited.

great hotel in great location with super staff
Pros:

excellent staff very friendly nothing to much trouble, breakfast was excellent as was evening meal good choice reasonably priced, room was lovely mattress could do with changing not very comfy, hotel was very clean, hotel in great location next to loch lomond idea place to take a boat cruise. great to sit outside with a drink.
