Probably one of the more upscale stays in Buzios, and as such some of the expectations were slightly affected by few things-
Breakfast is greta, room spotless clean, friendly staff, great heated pool for slightly chilly days. beautiful view and beautiful property overall
My room was situated directly on the pool and facing the restaurant/bar.
Music was on and heard in my throughout all night (stopped at 4:00)- although i am not sure what was the origin of it.
Some wetness and mold spot in the wall next to the bed

The room was very beautiful, comfortable, and cozy.
The hotel facilities are also very well maintained, and the location is excellent.
What I especially appreciated was the professionalism and kindness of the management. I had an issue during my stay that was disturbing for me, even though it was not directly the hotel’s fault. Nevertheless, the management handled the situation very professionally and found a fair and satisfactory solution without any discussion, which I genuinely appreciated as a guest.
Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely come back to this hotel.

O restaurante é um pouco caro, acima do preço praticado nos restaurante ao redor.

O principal motivo que nos faz retornar a um hotel é, sem dúvida, o serviço e a forma como nos sentimos ao longo da estadia.
Já frequentamos o Vila d’Este há alguns anos, e gostaríamos de fazer um agradecimento especial às meninas do café da manhã, que além de extremamente educadas e atenciosas, tornaram o aniversário do meu marido ainda mais especial.
Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que não condiz com o padrão do hotel a limitação de um café de máquina por hóspede durante o café da manhã — soa desnecessário para a experiência que o hotel se propõe a oferecer.

Un hôtel de charme très bien situé. La vue sur la baie est magnifique. Le personnel est très sympathique. La nourriture est excellente et le service impeccable, ils sont tous très gentils.
