I had a very disappointing experience with this property.

Less than 24 hours before check-in, my reservation was cancelled and I was moved to an alternative location. Only after pushing back through management was I reinstated into the original booking, which already created unnecessary stress at the start of the trip.

Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality. The carpets were visibly dirty, the kitchen was in an unhygienic ( the microwave was an eyesore) and unusable state, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout both the kitchen and rooms. Some towels were damp and one was dirty, suggesting they had not been properly dried and washed, and the bedsheets did not appear clean.

Overall, this experience fell well below expectations. I would not recommend this property, and I strongly advise management to address both their hygiene standards and customer service practices.

Pros:

We did not stay at this property. Our room key was not available and different room was offered. It was very dirty. All bedsheets, stains on sofa, floors and walls. Shower was not cleaned either. We had to find new place to spend our night. No communication after I requested refund based on us not being able to spend a night there.

Nothing. The photos did not match the state of the property.

Unhygienic and honestly not worth wasting your money
Pros:

Cons:

Towels were disgustingly dirty, pillow cases smelled like they hadn't been washed. Shower wasn't clean. Lipstick on the smashed mirror. Too hot, heating was full blast. No curtains only blinds, so got woken up at the crack of dawn.

The chap that was running it was loverly but the facilities were terrible 1 towel between 3 people no bin only tiny 1 in bathroom toilet blocked no one around had to sort it myself kitchen was filthy when I walked in springs sticking out bed stiffling heat as radiator not turned of dirt all round shower window cracked mirror broke it was like a half way house terrible

It was disgusting, bins full, feases in toilet,one towel for three people door not secure bugs found in beds and although they sent us a key code to get key it didn’t work and took them one hour to help us to get in and men from upstairs came down and they were high on weed and loud…. A terrible horrible place to stay.

Sorry but I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m gonna have to we payed for a room with a shower but not having a shower that works (when it’s red hot outside) also with sockets hanging off the wall showing bare wires were we could easy of been electrocuted, sockets not working & informing the owner on our first day & nothing being done about it not even offering us at least a part refund for not having a shower that we paid for we wasn’t expecting the ritz but this was a joke 🤬

Für Fußballfans der ideale Aufenthalt für eine Nacht, wenn man angetrunken ist & der Lärm dann egal.
Pros:

Die Nähe zum legendären Stadion und dadurch die Verbindung mit dem Omnibus in die Innenstadt, sowie der günstige Preis, wenn kein Spiel des FC Liverpool ansteht.

Cons:

Sehr laut durch die dünnen Wände und die Tür, die den Raum und das ungereinigte Badezimmer mit einem anderen Raum für andere Gäste verbindet. Auf dem Rand der Toilette und davor waren Urinflecken, das Toilettenpapier war aufgebraucht und es war auch nirgends mehr eine weitere Rolle auf Lager. Die Nachttische und die Fensterbank waren verstaubt, in der Nacht wäre es wegen dem lichtdurchlässigen Vorhang sehr hell gewesen. Wir haben uns letztendlich gegen eine Übernachtung entschieden und sind wieder abgereist.

I booked a room with a double bed and 2 singles, when we arrived we were met with 2 singles and a bunk bed. The toilet was very dirty but generally the rest of the accommodation was okay
