Très bon emplacement en plein centre, près du téléphérique pour aller au Fansipan

Cons:

Aucune ventilation dans la salle de bain, tout était humide dans la chambre. Ça sentait horriblement mauvais du coup. Pourtant il y avait une vmc mais elle ne fonctionnait pas. Je suis allée voir l'accueil pour lui demander s'il savait comment la mettre en route, il n'en avait aucune idée...
Le petit-dej' commençait à 7h, nous voulions y aller dès l'ouverture car nous avions des choses à faire ce jour là, il n'y avait personne pour nous servir. La fille est arrivée 10 minutes après en traînant des pieds, du coup nous avons été servis après 7h30...
Je ne recommande absolument pas

Good breakfast, clean and comfy bed. Staffs doesnot talk English but translator will do.

The property has no bidet, though they told us that they will install. Unfortunately, until we left for 3 days no bidet installed.

Absolutely do not book this hotel
Cons:

The location isnt close to the centre plus i had to cancel my booking because the staff at reception was super rude n refused to even talk properly eventhiugh i translated evrythng
Absolutely hated it ..and since it was so far grom centre it made no sense to stay also ni grab will come there
