Staff not present all the time!

I servizi: lo staff era difficile da reperire. Avevo pagato la struttura con vista montagna e non l’ho avuta.

The shower drain was so slow that showering for more than 5 minutes completely flooded the bathroom and we had to wait until it fully drained to keep using it. The staff were very standoffish and were not easy to communicate with in English or Vietnamese and were almost never at the front desk. The rooms were not soundproof and you could hear other people slamming doors in the night and there were always a group of children running around loudly during the day and night and would even block us from leaving the front door as a game. The bathroom also had no bidet despite every other hotel having one and it made the stay more uncomfortable than it should have been.

Poderiam melhorar a qualidade da limpeza e cuidado com o enxoval.

A higiene não me convenceu. Nas primeiras duas noites dormi sentindo cheiro de suor (sovaco) na manta que me cobria. As capas dos travesseiros também possuiam algumas manchas. Pedi para ser trocado e o rapaz o fez. O hotel também não tem funcionários para diferentes tarefas. Há apenas um jovem rapaz que faz tudo: café da manhã e limpeza dos quartos. Das 6 noites que me hospedei lá, metade meu quarto não foi limpo (lixo do banheiro não foi tirado nem as toalhas trocadas). Tem que pedir senão parece que ele 'esquece'. Apesar disso, ele é simpático e atende sempre aos pedidos.
O banheiro alagava todo durante o banho. Comuniquei isso no primeiro dia, mas o rapaz disse que é porque a tubulação é estreita. Acredito que os canos estejam entupidos com cabelos e outras coisas. Além do mais, o teto do banheiro estava pingando água do quarto de cima bem em cima do lavabo.
