Clean, friendly and functional
Pros:

All very clean, staff very friendly and responsive, good bar and good breakfast.

Cons:

The exterior decoration and very poor internet connection (WiFi connection was fine, just no internet)

Struttura pulita

Cons:

Non ci hanno dato la camera vista lago( sicuramente sono quelle che danno a chi prenota da Booking). Non andava il doccino per cui ci siamo fatti il bagno in vasca per lavarci. La colazione buona,nulla di eccezionale. Classica colazione inglese e qualcosa al bancone

No kids menu so they were difficult when I asked what diff food was for kids weren’t helpful at all

Breakfast was same my fried eggs weren’t even cooked properly far too runny couldn’t eat it

I’d return to the hotel to stay but id never purchase food again at the hotel
We had room 17 with balcony which looked over loch

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la région !
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix dans une région où les prix des chambres sont exorbitant pour les prestations proposées.
Le british petit déjeuner est copieux et sympa avec une jolie vue sur le loch
Le personnelde l accueil était très attentionné, serviable et souriant. Un vrai plaisir.
Un hôtel bien situé pour visiter la région de glencoe depuis edimbourg

Nice view from our room.

Cons:

Restaurant staff were obviously stressed at breakfast, after 15 minutes we had to remind staff we were still waiting and when it arrived the poached eggs could have swam off the plate there was so much water still on them. Embarrassing as we were beside couples from Australia and Wales who were not impressed with the service and no apology given by staff for delay.

Our room was Below the breakfast room. Before 6AM there was a lot of activity and the squicking floor made every step very audible. I possible to continue sleeping
