Pros:

Most rooms have a nice view of the loch (ours was partially obstructed, but could still see it). The bar and restaurant seemed nice and there is a small patio facing the lake. The manager/concierge was excellent—very friendly, professional, and cool/collected, even as she dealt with a large busload of retirees staying there at the time.

Rooms excellent need to improve the looks of the hotel and improve the quality of the food
Pros:

Sausages were as cheap as you can get could have been made to be a good breakfast liked the location

Cons:

When you get to the hotel it looks run down but the rooms are excellent

Great location, amazing breakfast, free parking and friendly staff. Ticks all boxes.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. The room was above and beyond. The view to Ben Nevis mountain was something.

Cons:

The beds were a bit short. We are 170cm (5ft 7in) and 180cm (5ft 11in), our toes were hanging off the bed.

Cheap old stay
Pros:

Excellent location with a lake view.
Double bed was comfortable.
Room condition and ensuite was fairly clean.
Space for free parking on hotel premises.

Cons:

There was a strong stench of a chemical all around the building which was very unpleasant to smell.
Very old out of date decor
No lifts
Creaky floor boards everywhere

Friendly staff, beautiful view of the loch from the restaurant and bar, free parking
Pros:

View onto the loch from the bar and restaurant was beautiful. Bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Free parking. The young lad who served us was extremely polite and the breakfast extremely quickly, good quality full English and fish options

Cons:

Arrived half an hour before check in and was told to sit and wait until 4pm. late check in and early checkout. No biscuits on the tea/coffee tray in the room. Only one toilet roll, when that ran out thank god I had some tissues in my handbag. Limited continental breakfast, only cereal and yoghurt, no pastries, cold meat, chrese or able to make toast.

Like staying at your friend's grandmother's house, without your friend or thier grandmother.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic and the hotel was very clean

Cons:

Whole place smelled musty and old. There was a new strange smell in every part of the hotel. The bathrooms desperately need updating as well. The walls were also quite thin.
