スタッフさんがとても親切！
Pros:

部屋はとても綺麗でした。その日突然のお願いでしたが、ペットサロンで犬の一時預かりもして下さり、とても丁寧な対応をしていただきました。
備品も犬の物まで、丁寧に揃えられていて、とても快適に過ごさせて頂きました。

京都で犬連れならこのホテルしかない！
Pros:

ペットが滑らない床な事ももちろん、バリアフリーのかたも使いやすい段差が一切ないお部屋でした！
愛犬へのサービスも今まで京都で泊まったどんなホテルよりも良かったです。
エレベーターもパスワード設定ができるので他の方があがってくることもないし防犯面もいうことなし。
徒歩圏内にはわんこと行ける居酒屋もあります。
また宿泊したいです。

Cons:

オーナー様がいない時間帯があるのですが特に不便に感じる点ではなかったですが、気にする方は気にされるのかなと思いました。よくない点は本当にひとつもないです。

人もワンちゃん達も、我が家のように寛げます。
Pros:

完璧！
Pros:

完璧です！チワワ1匹を連れての滞在でしたが、ペットを預かっていただける時間もスタッフさんの対応も、お部屋の清潔さも備品も全てにおいて良かったです。また是非利用したいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

また、京都に行くときには泊まります！犬旅の人にお勧めです！
Pros:

犬と一緒の滞在でした。
お部屋も広々としており、トイレ、お風呂など水回りも清潔感がありとても良かったです。
立地も京都駅からも近く、かと言って、それほどうるさい場所でもなく、コンビニや飲食店も近くにありいい場所です。

Cons:

強いていうなら、駐車場は少し狭めです。

Super helpful, friendly staff. They were all very responsive to our many queries.
Pros:

Pros:

スタッフさんは優しく丁寧対応してくれる、ペットホテルが併設されていて外出時に預けられる、排泄物のゴミ箱も玄関や部屋の前にある、足洗い場もあるなど、犬連れにはとってもいい環境でした。室内もきれいです。
東本願寺のすぐそばで、京都駅も徒歩圏内で立地もいいですね。

Cons:

まちなかなので仕方ないですが、駐車場が１台分しかないこと。私は近隣のパーキングを案内されましたが、一晩で600円だったので、そんなに高くはなかったです。
余談ですが、ホテル前近辺は一方通行が多いのですが、タクシーや配送業者などがスピードを出すし、

一旦停止もしないので、ヒヤッとしました。近所を散歩する際は、お気をつけください。

リピートしたくなる宿
Pros:

犬を連れていたのですが犬のための環境が充実していてとても快適に過ごせました。
お陰様で16歳半のハイシニア犬ですが体調を崩すことなく3泊4日の旅を終えることができました。
