Atención inigualable

En éste viaje lo que más nos gustó es la atención de los meseros, destacando a Mario, David y Alejandro
Así como el interés que muestran las representantes del hotel en éste caso Maricela y la encargada esosñola, son todos un amor. Mis felicitaciones.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están en muy mal estado, la limpieza deplorable. No se parece a las fotografías que suben de publicidad, cancel, salida de aire acondicionado con hongo, a partir del jueves cierran las calles y es muy complicado llegar.

MERIDA ES UN DESTINO QUE VALE LA PENA VISITAR

La ubicación del Hotel es excelente.
Las habitaciones estan limpias.

Cons:

En general el personal del hotel es poco cordial, No se puede, su respuesta frecuente.
La habitacion tenia una fuga en el lavabo, que no atendieron .
No habia disponibilidad de toallas para la alberca , en las tardes, o temprano --

Que la mucama dejara 1 sola toalla de baño toda la semana y una toalla chica de manos. Si estuvimos 2 adultos, obvio teníamos derecho a 2 toallas de baño.

Me cobro la aplicación dos veces el monto de mi estancia y me urge solucion

Que por parte de la apliaccaion me cobraron dos veces el monto para mi la estancia, ya que el pago fue con tarjeta de credito, el.dia 20de abril, cosa que no se como solucionar y me urge!!!! Por que en el banco aparece dos veces el cargor del pago de la aplicacion boogin, me urge que me solucionen esto!!!! Necesito saber en cuanto tiempo me van a solucionar esto por que nunca me habia pasado!!!!

Tambien en la aplicación me dijeron que incluía el desayuno, pero nunca que era tipo americano y me enteré hasta al llegar al hotel, eso esta muy mal deben de especificar que tipo de desayuno es.

Es un buen hotel con una ubicación privilegiada.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena porque está en pleno centro de Mérida y queda cerca de todo, restaurantes, plazas, catedral, paseo montejo, etc.

Cons:

Aún cuando ocupamos una master suite la habitación no contaba con secadora de cabello ni plancha de ropa, las tuvimos que pedir en recepción.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para salir al centro. Un lugar super tranquilo y a mi parecer seguro, siempre hay algo que hacer de noche

Todo muy bien, solo hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a algunas cosas ya que se ve que ua es viejo, pero muy limpio, atentos, y perfecta ubicación
