Es un hotel en un lugar clave, muy céntrico y demás PERO MUY descuidado, de verdad, las habitaciones, los baños de las habitaciones, llenos de moho, sucios, el techo/plafón de mi baño de la habitación levantado, la regadera sucia/rota, muy MUY descuidado, de los 2 elevadores solo funciona uno, el aire acondicionado no funciona al 100%, en general todo el hotel MUY descuidado

Cons:

Habitación y desayuno no para un hotel de 4 estrellas, nos cambiaron de habitación porque perdía agua por el lavabo y en la segunda lo mismo.
El desayuno buffet ridículo, estuvimos tres noches y los tres días solo había para escoger los mismos platos o revuelto de huevo o mole de frijoles, nada más. El último día ya ni desayunamos.

El hotel ya es muy viejo y un poco obscuro y las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento y mas cuidado, pero con el desayuno, la ubicación y las atenciones del personal quedé contenta.
